Are you ready to gain international experience and develop your knowledge of sustainable transportation? 🌍

Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent invites applications from Bachelor’s students enrolled in the Sustainable Transport (Barqaror transport) study programme at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (DMAE) for a short-term internship in Spain within the Erasmus+ SPHERE project!

📍 Host institution: Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Technical University of Madrid), Spain

### ✈️ INTERNSHIP DETAILS
📅 Internship period: 1–12 March 2027 (+ travel days)
⏳ Duration: 14 days (12 days of internship + 2 travel days)
👥 Available places: 2 students

💶 FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Selected students may receive:
- Up to €100 per night for accommodation;
- €55 per day as a daily allowance;
- Travel reimbursement of actual travel costs up to €892.

*The scholarship is subject to applicable taxes. Mandatory health insurance is not covered and must be paid by the students.*

### ✅ WHO CAN APPLY?
Bachelor’s students enrolled in the Sustainable Transport (Barqaror transport) study programme at DMAE.

### 📄 REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
Applicants must submit:
1. Completed application form.
2. Admission test results and Certificate of Enrolment issued by the Faculty Student Service.
3. Motivation letter in English (one page, signed).
4. CV in English (Europass format recommended).
5. English language proficiency certificate (minimum **B2**).
6. Consent for the collection and processing of personal data.
7. Scanned first page of the passport with photo.

### 🏆 SELECTION CRITERIA
The maximum score is 100 points:
- Admission test results — up to 30 points;
- English language proficiency — up to 30 points;
- Interview — up to 40 points.

In case of equal scores, preference will be given based on the content of the motivation letters.

INTERMEDIATE GRADE (+18 POINTS) RETAKE

Course: Introduction to Industrial Plants and Safety

Dear 3rd- and 4th-year students,
Students who have failed this course will have an opportunity to recover up to 18 points by retaking the following assessment items:

1. Midterm Examinations — 12 points
- Both Midterm Examinations can be retaken.
- Each Midterm is worth 6 points.
2. Attendance points — 6 points
An additional quiz will be organized to replace the Attendance Grade.

⚠️ Important Instructions

Please read this announcement carefully and follow the stated procedure to recover your grade.
Do not contact the course instructor individually to ask how you can pass or close the course. All students must follow the same announced retake procedure.

After retaking the Intermediate Grade assessment items, students will also have an opportunity to retake the Final Examination during the winter examination session, in accordance with the applicable examination rules.
