Zelensky vowed to respond after the attack on the Pechersk Lavra. Ukrainian long-range drones struck the Moscow oil refinery early morning, triggering a major fire and heavy smoke at one of Russia’s largest refining sites. The facility processes about 12.8 million tonnes of oil per year, or roughly 245,000-250,000 barrels per day, and supplies around 35-40% of fuel consumed in Moscow and the surrounding region.
