A poor midweek, was made great by an amazing Saturday, which again was ruined by a terrible Sunday. So many red cards this weekend and none of them good for me! If Machida doesn't choke so massively in the 2nd half against Kashiwa Reysol, this weekend ends up in the green!

A late goal against regional rivals Gamba Osaka, secured a 1-0 away win and Vissel Kobe’s 7th win in a row across all comps. That is a streak Kobe has all intention of keeping on going into their next league game after the international break, for when they are facing Kashiwa Reysol. They are taking on Sagan Tosu who was one of the sides that was expected to fight for promotion straight back up to J1 again last season, but couldn’t even get into the playoffs and so far this season they are just one point above Hachinohe in the relegation zone.

Vissel Kobe has won 10 of the last 12 meetings and I don’t really see why this game should go much different. Tosu as mentioned with the other J2 teams plays another game in three days that is just more important to them at this moment in time.

Little bit lucky with this win as Japan started with away weaker line-up than expected, but they substituted themselves better, while Uruguay started strong and got weaker

All of Nara's games so far has seen 3+ goals, league or cup. Shiga has seen 3+ goals in 6/7 league games, they were also very lucky to keep a clean sheet last round. There should be goal potential here. Kanazawa has seen 3+ goals in 4/7, while Tottori has seen 3+ in 5/7 games. This game will depend a bit on Kanazawa being up for a game, or we get a drab side that just kills of any fun for anyone.

Sapporo started the season with at the time seemed like a solid 2-0 home win over Tokushima, but has since not won any of their other six league games. It hasn't been all bad and I don't think they will stay in the relegation zone come end of the season, but for now they are not looking looking like winning. Imabari are last and I believe they have sacked their manager. They made their debut in J2 last season and did fairly well with a 11th place, but not super surprising if they find the 2nd season harder and gets relegated.

For Shonan Bellmare not getting promoted will be disappointing and not making the top six will be a massive failure. So far they have done okay and only lost at home against Sendai. I don't see them lose this one, though not impossible to see a draw here with how little goal there are in this team.
