THE WISE PRIORITISES THE ETERNAL SALVATION OF THE SOUL…
“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." Matthew 6:31-33

Good morning everyone
“For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.”
Romans 8:6-9
Meditating on this verses when it says in the Bible about inclination to the flesh it is not only refers to the physical body, but to fallen human nature, selfishness, and desires that take us away from God. Living focussed only on satisfying one's own impulses, pride and material ambitions generates a spiritual separation from God. The end result of this is a spiritual death.
The inclination of the Spirit is allowing the Holy Spirit to guide your thoughts, choices and attitudes. When we do that we please God. The immediate and eternal result is true life and an inner peace that does not depend on circumstances.
This verse also shows that our mind is a battlefield. Where we invest our attention and our thoughts defines our destiny and our spiritual state. Choosing the path of the Spirit brings lightness and connection with God, while giving in to purely selfish impulses brings wear and emptiness.
God bless🙏🏼

WHO HAS BEEN GUIDING YOUR HEART: BEELZEBUB OR THE SPIRIT OF GOD?
But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you. Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house. He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad. Matthew 12:28–30

THE POWER OF A PERSONAL DECISION IN ORDER TO ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD…
Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. Matthew 18:18–19

Trusting in God is the cure for anxiety. When the Lord Jesus spoke about how the Heavenly Father feeds the birds of the sky and dresses the lilies of the field, He wanted to bring security and tranquility to our souls.
We all have needs, and the Almighty knows all of them; so, we need to seek His Kingdom and His righteousness first (v. 33), that is, prioritize the will of God and obey His Word, and He will meet our needs (Phil. 4.19; 1 Pet. 5.7).
