Good morning everyone
“The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings.”
Jeremiah 17:9-10
I was meditating on this verses and I want to share
We know that the human heart is deceptive and that only God knows the true intentions of a person. That is why we cannot trust our feelings, What we feel or desire, many times is not the best or the most correct. The heart hides secrets, like: pride Uncured pain, betrayals, anger at those who hurt us, envy, fear, bad eyes bitterness, vanity this is just somethings that I remember, but there are many other things that one can carry inside the heart and many times not even the person her self knows or realize it. That is why we need to be watchful and keep our hearts clean always.
God sees what no one else sees
People judge by appearances, outside, but God evaluates what is at the bottom of our mind and heart. He knows our real intentions and gives us according to our real attitudes, not what we pretend to be.

“Do you think I want to see people punish their bodies on those days of fasting? Do you think I want people to look sad and bow their heads like dead plants? Do you think I want people to wear mourning clothes and sit in ashes to show their sadness? That is what you do on your days of fasting. Do you think that is what the Lord wants? I will tell you the kind of day (fast) I want—A DAY TO SET PEOPLE FREE. I want a day that you take the burdens o others. I want a day when you set troubled people free and you take the burdens from their shoulders. I want you to share your food with the hungry. I want you to find the poor who don’t have homes and bring them into your own homes. When you see people who have no clothes, give them your clothes! Don’t hide from your relatives when they need help. IF YOU DO THESE THINGS, your light will begin to shine like the light of dawn. Then your wounds will heal. Your “Goodness” will walk in front of you, and the Glory of the Lord will come following behind you. Then you will call to the Lord, and he will answer you. You will cry out to him, and he will say, “HERE I AM” … Then your light will shine in the darkness. You will be like the bright sunshine at noon.” Isaiah 58:5-10 (ERV)
