🏦 Reserve Bank of India Governor Sanjay Malhotra announced:
✅ Compensation even if fraud happens due to customer mistake

✅ Stronger & safer UPI ecosystem
✅ Small NBFCs (< ₹1,000 crore assets) get regulatory relief
