Dear Students,
As part of your focused UPSC preparation, we will be uploading one Economics topic every day in infographic format, along with its Previous Year Questions (PYQs) from both Prelims and Mains. After that we will switch over to the next subject like Polity, Geography, History, Environment etc.
The sole purpose of this initiative is to help you clearly understand one fundamental truth of the UPSC examination:
a plethora of books is not required to crack UPSC.
What is required is:
📚Clear conceptual understanding
📚Repeated revision of limited, high-quality content
📚Continuous linkage between concepts and PYQs
If you revise the same concepts again and again, understand how UPSC frames questions from them, and internalize the patterns, your confidence and accuracy will automatically improve.
Consistency in revision, not quantity of material, is the real game-changer.
Stay disciplined. Stay focused.
UPSC is a marathon—and smart revision is the winning strategy.
Best wishes.

Government Deficits made simple — because clarity is non-negotiable in UPSC.
Revenue Deficit shows where we spend, Fiscal Deficit shows how much we borrow, and Primary Deficit shows today’s policy effort.
One poster. Three concepts. Complete conceptual control.

Dear Students,
This is to inform you that Part A: Core Macroeconomic Concepts (Non-Negotiable Section) from the curated high-yield Economics list has been fully completed. This section forms the backbone of UPSC Economics, contributing 10–12 questions every year, directly or indirectly, across Prelims and Mains.
Further, Part B: Banking & Monetary System has now been initiated, starting specifically with RBI and its functions. This is a high-scoring and frequently tested area, often framed through a mix of conceptual clarity and factual application.
Important Instruction for All Students
Regular revision is non-negotiable.
Concepts from Part A must be continuously revised alongside the ongoing coverage of Part B, as UPSC questions are cumulative and interlinked.
Do not treat topics as “completed and closed.” UPSC rewards retention, inter-topic linkage, and application, not one-time reading.
We will proceed systematically, moving from static foundations → applied understanding → current-affairs linkage, exactly in the manner UPSC frames its questions.
Stay disciplined, revise consistently, and trust the process.
