我被项目文档维护恶心到极点了，于是返回第一性原理思考文档的本质。它是项目的长期事实记录，需要能被很快地消化吸收。
现有方法论多数是规范化文档治理方法，通过统一心智模型来加速文档的吸收速度。但并没有一个适配所有场景的标准方法论，即使是大厂也经常出现文档过时或内部有多套方法论的情况。
从输入端不好解决，输出端能否解决呢？我马上想到如果可以通过语义搜索项目文档里我需要的内容，那完全没必要死磕文档维护方法了，全部平铺在 docs/下都可以，需要查文档的时候搜索就好嘛。

[分享创造] PHP2Shell 漏洞来了，宝塔用户可按官方说明修复
昨晚发布的 PHP 的 PHP2Shell 漏洞（ CVE-2026-109618 、CVE-2026-109619 ）让很多运维和安全部门睡不着觉了，属于严重的远程代码执行漏洞。如果服务器使用了受影响的 PHP 运行环境，可能存在较高风险。
宝塔官方已经发布修复公告，PHP 7.4 、8.0 、8.1 也有对应的宝塔修复版本，不一定非要立即迁移到 PHP 8.2 以上。
宝塔修复方法：
登录宝塔面板，进入「软件商店 → 已安装」。
点击右上角「更新软件列表」。
找到网站实际使用的 PHP 版本，检查并更新到对应的安全修复版本。
更新后确认版本，并重启相关 PHP 服务，检查网站运行是否正常。

I recently built a small web tool for a meme that has been all over my feed for the past few weeks. If you've been on TikTok or Reels lately, you've probably seen it: French creator Bouuh Yachaka stages a furious argument with whoever is filming her in a kitchen, lip-syncing to "Bad Times" by Imael Angel. She grabs her head, throws up the "hold on" hands, turns away, then lunges at the camera. Since late September people have been remaking it with AI, putting their dogs, cats, babies and friends in her place. I tried a few general video tools to make my own and kept fighting with prompts, reference clips and dogs growing human fingers, so I built Bad Times AI Video to make it a one-photo job. Sharing it here in case anyone wants to join the trend, and I'd really appreciate feedback.
About Bad Times AI Video
Bad Times AI Video turns one photo of your dog, cat, baby or yourself into the viral Bad Times routine. The AI edits a performance clip and replaces only the performer: the scene, the camera moves, the timing and the song stay as they are, and the subject of your photo takes over every move, from the head grab to the lunge at the lens. You get a vertical 9:16 MP4 that's ready to post. If you're new to the meme, the Bad Times Trend page has the backstory and how it spread.
