🔎 Bitcoin is having its weakest November since 2018 — but is this the turning point?

BTC is down almost 20% for the month, with a 36% drop from recent highs. History shows every “red November” in the past decade was followed by a quiet December.

Yet new AI models suggest a local bottom may be forming right now. They give Bitcoin an 85% chance of ending the year higher — but less than a 50% chance of reaching six-figure levels.

What happens next? And what should miners expect in the months ahead?

We break it down in our video:
😬 Bitcoin miner margins compress to 4%

This comes from the gap between what miners actually receive when selling Bitcoin — after pool fees and transaction costs — and their all-in production cost, including hardware, hosting, and energy.

For example, with an effective miner price around $87,979 and all-in costs near $83,873, the resulting margin is just 4–5%. That leaves very little room for error.

Margins are being squeezed by falling hashprice — the daily revenue per PH/s — and weak on-chain activity, which limits transaction fees. Even small downtime, hardware issues, or less efficient pool payouts can quickly push a miner into break-even or loss.

Is this a signal for a broader reset in network difficulty or a final stress test for weaker operators?

⚠️ When even “cheap electricity” countries kill mining — what went wrong with Tether in Uruguay

Tether just pulled the plug on its Bitcoin mining operation in Uruguay. Why?

Because electricity costs — ranging between $60 and $180 per MWh for commercial miners — made the hash-rate business unprofitable.

Tether originally planned a massive rollout: up to $500 million in mining infrastructure, including three data centers and a 300 MW wind/solar park.

By now, it spent at least $100 million on operations and another reported $50 million on groundwork

In theory, Uruguay’s mostly-renewable grid looked ideal — but in reality, high tariffs combined with a $4.8–$5 million debt to the state utility UTE killed the business.

In 2025, even cheap-power nations can become unprofitable overnight. If you want to stay in the game — and actually mine profitably — you need every watt working for you → vnish.com
📉 ETFs stop the bleeding — $70M in flows return after 4 tough weeks

Spot Bitcoin ETFs booked about $70 million in net inflows this week, ending a run of four straight weekly outflows that removed roughly $4.35 billion in total.

Two of the worst weeks saw $1.22B each leave the ETFs. On Friday alone funds recorded roughly $71M net inflows, pushing cumulative ETF inflows since launch to about $57.7B and total ETF assets to $119.4B — roughly 6.5% of Bitcoin’s market cap.

Flows were mixed under the surface. One large fund had $113.7M of outflows, while rivals saw strong inflows ($77.5M, $88M).

Traders note technicals are near oversold and whales are re-opening long positions — conditions that raise the odds of a short-term relief rally toward $100K–$110K, though the path could be choppy.

💡When flows come back, revenue per block can jump — and so do expectations on uptime and cost control → vnish.com
😵‍💫 Is Bitcoin really sliding toward $50K?

Bitcoin just closed its harshest month since 2018 — nearly 18% down
More than $600M in positions vanished in a single day. Liquidity is thin, volatility is violent, and some analysts now whisper about a possible path toward $50K.

Yet in the middle of this bloodbath, Michael Saylor’s Strategy is still buying, lifting its stash to 650,000 BTC — about 3% of all Bitcoin that will ever exist.

• Why are institutions accumulating into fear? • What signal are they responding to — and what does this shift mean for miners?

👉 Our new video breaks down the logic behind this move and the pressure building under the surface:
🔥 Bitcoin MENA 2025 starts in just a few days — and Vnish is getting ready for Abu Dhabi

Next week, the region’s mining community will gather in one place — operators, hardware teams, investors, and the people who keep this ecosystem growing day by day.

And this year’s lineup says everything about the scale of the event: Michael Saylor and Simon Gerovich — two of the biggest voices behind global Bitcoin accumulation — will be on stage, setting the tone for the discussions ahead.

For Vnish, this trip is about meeting the people who work with real hardware and real infrastructure — the miners, engineers, and builders who are focused on performance, efficiency, and long-term strategy.
If you’re planning upgrades, tuning a fleet, or exploring ways to push more out of your existing setup — let’s talk in person

⚠️ A quick reminder: ticket prices increase in 3 days. The timer is already running on the official site, so don’t wait if you’re planning to join.

💥 Hashprice collapses to $35 — and December may push miners even deeper

The industry just saw the sharpest profitability squeeze in its history

Hashprice dipped below $35/PH/s, brushing past its previous record low, while the next difficulty adjustment is forecast to rise again — despite already compressed margins and a network hashrate still hovering near all-time highs.

The temporary difficulty drop last week barely moved the needle. Average block times stayed under 10 minutes, signaling continued pressure on miners.

But the real questions start now:
• How long can miners operate at a revenue floor this low? • What happens if difficulty rises into a market that’s already underwater? • And which signals actually matter when both pricing and competition hit extremes?

These are the pressure points shaping the next phase of mining — and they’re moving faster than headlines suggest.

📌 We break down the dynamics behind this new low-margin environment:
💥Fresh analysis reveals a major bitcoin mispricing

Fresh reports highlight a growing divergence between Bitcoin’s price and global liquidity trends
While global M2 has surged to a record $137 trillion after more than 300 rate cuts and massive fiscal programs in the U.S., Japan, China, and Canada, BTC continues to lag behind both money-supply growth and gold’s performance.

This widening gap is becoming one of the key storylines in the crypto market — and we break it down in simple terms in our new video.

🎥 Watch now:
👀 Bitcoin treasury stocks are cracking — Can the strategy still hold?

The first wave of corporate Bitcoin accumulation was built on one assumption: rising equity premiums would keep the flywheel spinning.

But after months of tightening liquidity, stalled ETF inflows, and BTC sliding far below its recent highs, that premium has evaporated — and the model is beginning to fracture.

Treasury-heavy companies are now showing deep unrealized losses. Premiums that once justified aggressive issuance have flipped into discounts.

Even firms previously seen as “too strong to fail” are facing uncomfortable questions as the market turns risk-off. The same triple leverage that supercharged returns earlier this year is now accelerating the drawdowns.

😵‍💫 So what’s next?
• Will balance-sheet stress force weaker players to sell BTC into a falling market? • And can the largest holders maintain conviction as their equity markets turn against them?

👉 We dive into these questions — and what they mean for miners — in the new issue of Mining Insights:
🇺🇸 U.S Fed pivot could blow BTC to $100K

The U.S Federal Reserve just halted its drag-of-liquidity program. In the past 6 months, its balance sheet shrank by $136 billion — that cash didn’t vanish. It’s piling up somewhere.

Now there’s a record $8 trillion sitting in U.S. money-market funds, waiting for yield

Meanwhile, tech companies are carrying crazy debt loads. For example, Oracle — non-bank but one of the biggest bond issuers — has ~$105 billion debt outstanding. Credit-default swaps on that debt just spiked to levels unseen since 2009.

That kind of stress makes big investors think: “Screw shaky bonds and risky tech — maybe we go for scarce and unbreakable: Bitcoin.”

If capital really rotates — we could see Bitcoin storm toward $100,000 before year-end

💡For miners, that’s a clear signal: demand may surge, but only rigs with top efficiency will cash in.

💥Bitcoin just buried another long-running myth

For years, critics compared Bitcoin to the famous tulip craze, pointing to sharp swings and loud market sentiment

But the parallels fall apart under real numbers: the tulip market inflated and collapsed within a few short years, while Bitcoin has absorbed multiple cycles, regulatory battles, geopolitical stress and still pushed back to new highs.

Even after recent volatility, analysts note that Bitcoin remains near roughly half of its long-term annual average.

🤔What this means for Bitcoin’s resilience — and why analysts say the comparison is finally dead — we explain in our new video:
🔥Final day at Bitcoin MENA 2025

🤔 Bitcoin miners are capitulating

Hash Ribbons have flipped again — the 5th time this year — pointing to renewed miner stress

The short-term hashrate average just fell below the 60-day trend, the classic sign that machines are going offline and weaker operators are being squeezed out.

Data confirms the pressure: since October 10, miner wallets have offloaded roughly 5,000 BTC. Price remains stuck between the yearly open near 93K and the sub-90K demand zone, reflecting a market unsure of its next move.

Short-term, this picture looks heavy. But historically, exactly these environments have preceded some of the strongest accumulation phases.

That’s the angle we explore in our new YouTube breakdown:
