Calling all pilots! Today we’re inviting you to take part in testing of the large-scale Nuclear Escalation mode in Simulator Battles.

📆When: From October 27th (13:00 GMT) until October 29th (13:00 GMT)
Where: Events & Tournaments → Nuclear Escalation.

‼️Features
This is the same Nuclear Escalation mode found in Realistic Battles, but played at the Simulator Battles difficulty level, with the corresponding flight model settings and marker configurations.
You’ll engage on the Tropical Coast and Southeastern City maps featuring the same ground vehicles categorized by era according to their Battle Rating. However, rewards in this mode will be calculated in the same way as in Enduring Confrontation, and matchmaking will be based on the following Battle Rating ranges (which correspond to the era boundaries):

▪️11.3-13.0
▪️13.3+

▶️AMV (BMP-3): A Hybrid from the Emirates

It’s time to meet the main reward of the Desert Predator event, the AMV (BMP-3) of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces. We’ve only recently talked about hybrid military vehicles, and here we go again! This time, someone decided to put a BMP-3 turret on the chassis of a Finnish Patria armored vehicle. The result was first unveiled at an exhibition in 2007, and just a year later, the UAE ordered specially extended AMV chassis to accommodate the familiar Soviet BMP turrets. Let’s see how this newcomer performs in War Thunder.
