David Fleming: Why We Must Resist 15 Minute Cities

Speaking at General Assembly Meeting #71 on Monday, January 9, David Fleming (πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§) gave a powerful presentation on 15 Minute Cities and why we must resist them.

David has a strange background of Environmental Health and Formula One Marketing. He founded Covid19 Assembly, which launched the Covid Deaths Audit with Dr Clare Craig. He also started a whistleblowing service with Francis Hoar.

In August 2021, he co-founded the Together Declaration. More recently, he created Not Our Future (NOF) as a way to alert the public that the future being built for them by default is not a good one.

NOF plans to do this by delivering leaflets to every home in the western world each week.

George Della Pietra: Introducing Safe Blood Donation to the World

Speaking at General Assembly Meeting #71 on Monday, January 9, George Della Pietra (πŸ‡¨πŸ‡) introduced us to Safe Bloodβ€”a new World Council for Health coalition partner.

Safe Blood's goal is for their members to have access to blood donation, if necessary, from people who never received a Covid-19 vaccine. In return, they make themselves available as blood donors to other members. Everyone can join, whether vaccinated or unvaccinatedβ€”however, only unvaccinated people can donate their blood.

George has 15 years of experience as a journalist, and 20 years of experience studying medicine with a focus on naturopathy.

He ran a naturopathic clinic for 20 years with a focus on viruses, bacteria, and healing vaccine damage. George also ran health resorts in Thailand before returning to Switzerland where he founded Safe Blood in mid-2021.

THURSDAY: Film Screening | A Story of Hope & Love

An answer to Malaria, Aids & Trauma in Africa...

We hope you'll join us on Thursday, January 12 at 6pm UTC/GMT (1pm EDT) for a special screening of the film A Story of Hope & Love hosted by Christof Plothe and Shabnam Palesa Mohamed with special guests Harry van der Zee, MD & Yael Lev.

In this film, Israeli documentary filmmaker Yael Lev travels to Kenya to report on a revolutionary new way of treating HIV/AIDS, preventing malaria, and relieving trauma in Africa.

The Malawi Project is one of many that have been set up and are continually supported by the Amma Resonance Healing Foundation (ARHF). Founded in 2007, ARHF promotes the development of healing through resonance. They've trained and supplied many African volunteers, who together will reach close to 1 million people this year.

For prevention and treatment, they use so-called PC Remedies or Source Resonances. Condition specific remedies based on homeopathic principles. Malaria prevention is one of the main goals, alongside the treatment of AIDS, war trauma etc.

Harry van der Zee is the Chairman of ARHF. He was born in the Netherlands in 1953 and is a doctor who has practised homeopathy since 1987. He's also an international teacher, presenting countless seminars in many European countries as well as the USA, Canada, India, Africa and Japan.

Healthy Ways to Release Toxic Stress: The Unbelievable Benefits of "Take Five" for Children

Full video:

Speaking at WCH General Assembly #62 on October 24, 2022, Helen Whitney (πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§) and Natalie Price (πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ) presented together on growing innate capacity and emotional wellness for children and families.

During their presentation, they spoke about Take Fiveβ€”a safe, universal, resilience and capacity-building skill set focused on breathing, grounding, and awareness. It can serve as a healthy, non-pharma-based solution to keep children attentive and calm in the classroom.

"I think it gives me more courage," one young student said about Take Five. "It's helped me calm down before when I get really stressed," reported another.

Helen Whitney has spent the last 30 years specializing in community-led change and regeneration. She has been the CEO of multiple charities and co-founded Each Amazing Breath, CIC in 2014. Natalie Price has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) and Masters in Public Health (MPH) specializing in preventative mental health and trauma-informed care.

For the last eight years, Natalie and Helen have worked together with their team in over 100 schools to shift the narrative from broken-ness and fear towards strength and vitality.

Why Gratitude Should Be a Part of Your Daily Routine

What is gratitude and how does it work?

Gratitude is something that makes us uniquely human.

The practice of gratitude can have a significant impact on your overall wellbeing, but it can be hard to have gratitude when there’s a lot to worry about. Many of us are living in the midst of uncertainties and it is not uncommon for mental health to suffer during trying times like this.

But what if we paused for a moment and looked around us? What if we stopped worrying about the things that might happen and instead appreciated the good things that are happening right now?

Reflecting on what we have and being intentionally grateful for it can go a long way to making our lives better.

10 Ethical Principles of the Nuremberg Code

The Nuremberg Code is not a relic of history, though those in power treat it as such. It is as relevant today as it was 75 years ago.

Sadly, every one of the Nuremberg Code’s principles have been broken in the last almost three years of the Covid-19 crisis. In particular, the highest basic principle of prior voluntary and fully informed consent.

Many governments have implemented vaccine mandates that forced people to be unwilling participants in what is still an experimental trial.

The World Council for Health calls for a renewed commitment from all governments, medical professionals, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutionsβ€”all those involved in human experimentationβ€”to respect and uphold the principles of the Nuremberg Code.

They were created to protect and uplift humanity and we need them now more than ever.

A Guide to Water Filtration
➨
https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/resources/water-filtration/

Water is the most fundamental element of human life and clean water is essential for washing, sanitation, and, of course, drinking.

The quality of the water that we drink varies greatly around the world and depends on factors like hardness, pH, clarity, dissolved solids, and contaminants. Even though it is something that all humans consume every day, we often devote little attention to the contents of our drinking water.

Educating yourself on drinking water and taking steps to improve its quality empower you to know what’s good for you.

How We Give Power Back to the People

Joining us for General Assembly Meeting #61 on October 17, 2022, Sheena Jonker (πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦) spoke about clearing minds, opening hearts, and empowering will to shift our systems.

"This is how we access the healing portal that opens up in terms of chaos and disruption. We envision something better, and then we insist on working towards it," Sheena explained.

"Using Alternative Dispute Resolutions, we could promote discursive processes like mediation in all our systems."

She continued: "We reduce fear. We increase coherence, and we relearn how to use our free will in the service of humanityβ€”clear minds, open hearts, and powered wills."
