The Illusion of Choice in the Food Industry
Despite ten companies owning the vast majority of food products at the supermarket, most people still believe they have a choice.
"We have to understand the 'follow the money' aspect," explained Francesca Havens (🇦🇺) during her presentation at General Assembly #72.

Idaho pathologist Dr Ryan Cole, MD, has until January 30 to respond to the accusation that he violated state standards regarding Covid-19 and patient care by making “numerous false and misleading statements”, prescribing ivermectin, and more.
At a time when innovation and out-of-the-box thinking should be paramount, Dr Cole and many others are being criticized and punished for not towing the mainstream narrative. There is more than enough “evidence-based data” showing that innovation and creativity saved lives while the one-size-fits-all approach that medical boards the world over relied on was and continues to be harmful, if not deadly.
The World Council for Health stands with Dr Ryan Cole and all doctors facing attacks and disciplinary action for speaking out and daring to do their jobs.
It is becoming increasingly important that people and communities explore alternatives to the current archaic systems that seek to force pharmaceutical drug use, silence doctors who don’t agree, and limit our individual freedoms and choices.

Antje encourages us to imagine if it were perfectly normal to file a death plan— a PUZZLESTÜCK as part of our standard paperwork, similar to insurance policies and retirement plans.

"Criminal Act": Babies Are Being Harmed by C19 Injections and They're Not Telling the Public
The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAPRA) is not being transparent with the public because they know they've committed a "criminal act," Shabnam Palesa Mohamed (🇿🇦) explained during her presentation at General Assembly #72.
"This is unlawful! There is no authority for those acts. These are criminal acts that are happening under the nose of SAPRA. They have reported those cases into VAERS. And they're not telling the public about it," she said.
"They have a moral authority to not only stop what's going on, but to be transparent with the public, and they're not doing that."

Eugene Trufkin: Stay Away from "Cage Free" and "Vegetarian Fed" Labels
"You want to stay away from cage free. At a commercial level, you do want to also stay away from free range," Eugene Trufkin (🇺🇸) told us on Monday, January 23, speaking at General Assembly #73.
"If you typically see on labels vegetarian fed, which is very common, this indicates that it's a confined operation... because chickens are obviously omnivores," he explained.
"This is what actually optimizes the nutritional profile of the meat, of the eggs..."
"And if they're given nothing but grains—which is what they're given if they're in a cage free or a free range environment—then once again, you're not feeding them a species specific diet, and the nutritional profile of that animal isn't gonna be optimized."

On Friday, January 27, Dr Anne O’Reilly (🇳🇿) led those that gathered online in a Mind Health guided meditation.
During the mediation for inner navigation, Anne read A Song for the Salmon by David Whyte:
"For too many days now I have not written of the sea,
nor the rivers, nor the shifting currents we find between the islands.
For too many nights now I have not imagined the salmon
threading the dark streams of reflected stars,
nor have I dreamt of his longing
nor the lithe swing of his tail toward dawn.
I have not given myself to the depth to which he goes,
to the cargoes of crystal water, cold with salt,
nor the enormous plains of ocean swaying beneath the moon.
I have not felt the lifted arms of the ocean
opening its white hands on the seashore,
nor the salted wind, whole and healthy
filling the chest with living air.
I have not heard those waves
fallen out of heaven onto earth,
nor the tumult of sound and the satisfaction
of a thousand miles of ocean
giving up its strength on the sand.
But now I have spoken of that great sea,
the ocean of longing shifts through me,
the blessed inner star of navigation
moves in the dark sky above
and I am ready like the young salmon
to leave his river, blessed with hunger
for a great journey on the drawing tide."
