A Tribute to the Quiet Heroes Behind the Scenes Making a Huge Impact
https://worldcouncilforhealth.substack.com/p/quiet-heroes
In times of great upheaval we tend to forget the unsung heroes, the quiet people behind the scenes, who with their tremendous effort underpin any success we have at changing the course of world events.
At World Council for Health, we are more than aware of the huge impact the people behind the scenes have on our efforts to promote real science and real health for the self-realisation and wellbeing of all.
These quiet heroes are our volunteers, supporters, workers, ambassadors and donors, who come from all walks of life, from all around the world. They act every day on their conviction that there is a Better Way than the nonsensical, antihuman and, indeed, anti-ecological management of the pandemic. The unlawful restrictions, mandates, masks and unproven treatments have caused untold harm in most if not all countries on this planet.
We are so grateful for the people powering World Council for Health and a Better Way. Francesca Havens, our WCH Translations Coordinator, pays tribute in this submission.

π¦ Spike Protein Detox Guide for Post C19 Vaccine Syndrome and Long Covid
β¨ https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/resources/spike-protein-detox-guide/
While Covid-19 may be mild for most, it's still a good idea to detox after an infection or injection to avoid any potentially lingering symptoms. Because the spike protein can circulate around in our bodies following infection or inoculation, it can cause damage to cells, tissues, and organs.
If you've just had Covid-19, received a Covid-19 vaccine, or are experiencing symptoms of long Covid, you may benefit from using one or more of the tools in our list of medicines and supplements to reduce your spike protein load.
Top ten detox essentials:
β’ Vitamin D
β’ Vitamin C
β’ NAC (N-acetylcysteine)
β’ Ivermectin
β’ Nigella seed
β’ Quercetin
β’ Zinc
β’ Magnesium
β’ Curcumin
β’ Milk thistle extract
For full protocol list see:

Teach Yourself to Breathe Better with Our 21-Day Challenge β You Won't Regret It
β¨ https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/resources/breathe-better/
To be alive is to breathe. One of the very first things we do when we enter the world is inhale. We breathe countless times a day, andβdespite its incredible importanceβwe likely donβt often give it a second thought.
While it may feel as though your current breathing practice works well enoughβafter all, you are alive and reading this postβthere is always room to learn more and make changes that can improve more than you might think.
We know that emotions affect the body, but our bodies can likewise affect our emotions. A calm body and brain, which can be achieved by accessing specific breathing techniques, can be effective against anxiety, insomnia, pain, and so much more. In fact, it can change your life.
World Council for Health hosted a 21-day virtual breathing challenge in July 2022. All of the daily prompts are now available on our website. We invite you to embark on this challenge yourself, with a friend, or with a larger group once, twice, or multiple times throughout the year. Itβs ok if you donβt like each of these techniquesβit is our hope that you will enjoy exploring and will discover a few breathing techniques that will help you learn to breathe better now and into the future.
Give it a try:

π΅ Consider Starting a Digital Detox This Weekend!
https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/resources/digital-detox/
The increasing shift to the digital world comes with many benefits, but it also interferes with some of our most basic human needs and has become a major source of stress and anxiety.
A digital detox is simply setting firm boundaries on your use of technology and reconnecting with the in-person world. Unplugging in this way improves mental health and quality of life as people re-engage with the external world of friends, family, nature, creative expression, and self-care activities.
In this guide, we've compiled everything you need to know about taking a break from technology.

Viruses, like recent bacteria, are considered responsible for human diseases. Infectious diseases are indeed the foundation of modern medicine as we know it. But we learned in the last decades that 99% of bacteria around us benefit our health and environment. Did you know that the same applies to viruses?
In fact, if all viruses suddenly disappeared, the world would be a wonderful place for about a day and a half, and then weβd all die.
The vast majority of viruses are not pathogenic to humans, and many play integral roles in propping up ecosystems. Others maintain the health of individual organismsβeverything from fungi and plants to insects and humans. Researchers still do not know how many viruses even exist. Thousands have been formally classified, but millions may be out there.

MONDAY: Community Abundance Network | Eleanor Hajee at General Assembly #75
We hope you'll join us in the WCH Newsroom on February 6 at 7 pm UTC/GMT (2 pm EST) for General Assembly Meeting #75 to hear from Eleanor Hajee (π¬π§). She'll be speaking to us about building decentralized community and taking questions from our live audience.
The One Mind Community Abundance Network (CAN) is a conscious community of changemakers helping to seed & pilot a new decentralized community and heart-based system in Hampshire, West Sussex and the South of England.
Eleanor Hajee launched OneMindCAN in 2021 and has spent the last 2 years working with the founding community to develop templates, frameworks and a simple step by step process to help mentor communities to 'seed and grow their ownβ local, independent, ethical, regenerative, and heart-based community system (over a 3 phase period); and has brought through proposals for a wider decentralised community system.
Inspired by a post-grad on Green Economics & Holistic Systems (2015) and Transformational coaching (2020). Eleanor recognises that community empowerment evolves through empowerment of the individual. Beginning with mindset shifts and working through the limiting beliefs, conditioning, fear and resistance that keeps us playing small.
Mina Dew (π¬π§) and Petra Quirke (π¨πΏ) will also be speaking.
Watch the meeting and join the live chat:

Check out our resource to discover some useful strategies and to learn more about living water. π
Good habits form when we set ourselves up for success! Start with something achievable and build your hydration plan from there. And don't forget to listen to your bodyβdeep down you know what's good for you!

Dr Tess Lawrie: A Letter to Andrew Hill | Oracle Films
β¨ https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/multimedia/dear-andy-dr-tess-lawrie/
In this short film, Dr Tess Lawrie recites a letter to Dr Andrew Hill, who was tasked in October 2020 to report to the WHO on dozens of ivermectin studies, and asks him why he suddenly decided to turn his back on ivermectin as a life-saving treatment for Covid-19.
This film recalls exactly what happened from the perspective of somebody that experienced it first hand; Dr Tess Lawrie; also featuring contributions from Dr Pierre Kory and Dr Paul Marik who worked closely with Dr Hill during this same time frame.
If you have not yet seen Dear Andy, please do find some time to view it. π

A Common Sense Approach to Respiratory Viruses β Part 1
A practical, two-part guide by Christof Plothe, D.O. on viruses and immunityβincluding how to support your own viral defenses.
https://worldcouncilforhealth.substack.com/p/respiratory-viruses-part-1
