🫶 Morning walk: If you have time, go for a walk. Singapore is so, so beautiful🌳

🫶 Strategic follow-ups: Don’t waste time on everyone. Finalize meetings with 2–3 key people and close them. Many options often look good, but most are just illusions (hi Tinder, hi Hinge 🤣)
🫶 Light evenings: No food 2–3 hours before sleep—you’ll look and feel fresher in the morning
🫶 Hot unwind: Take a hot bath or shower for 15–30 minutes to relax 😌
🫶 Herbal tea: Chamomile or any caffeine-free herbal tea before bed. (No green tea - it still has caffeine!)
