✍🏻Claude developer files for IPO

Anthropic, the developer of the Claude AI model, has officially filed for an IPO. This brings it closer to becoming the first public company specializing in the development of advanced artificial intelligence models, according to Bloomberg.

💱Anthropic plans to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. The company submitted a confidential listing application back in June.

💱Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the IPO underwriters. Shares will be offered by Anthropic itself and some of its shareholders. The size of the offering will be disclosed later.

💱The active phase of IPO preparation could begin as early as the week of November 9. According to Bloomberg, Anthropic expects to conduct an offering comparable in scale to SpaceX's record IPO, or even surpass it.
