Dear all,
We are looking for the following positions for an upcoming italian Restaurant in Dubai:
CHEF DE RANG (HEADWAITER)
Must have wine and spirits knowledge, great customers' skills and leadership. Hardworking, flexibility and commitment to the project is a must. Basic italian food knowledge will be an added value.
COMMIS DE RANG (WAITER)
Well presented and with good flair, willing to learn. Flexible and enthusiastic for a new challenge.
BARTENDER
Must have inventive and creativity with great customer's interaction skills. Knowledge in wines and spirits, as well as IBA cocktails.
HEAD BARTENDER
Skilled in infusions, homemade syrups, and with a fully spirits and cocktail knowledge. Good wine knowledge as well. Able to lead a pre-opening, look after all the bar-related procedures such as inventory and costing
For all the above positions italian candidates would be preferred to proper fit the concept, however all the candidatures will be taken into consideration.
