Adventurers, we understand the disappointment of those who didn't get a chance to participate in the sale.. We’d like to remind you that while we’re extremely excited to be a part of the growing web3 community we’re learning about a lot of things on the fly. Our team is endlessly grateful for your interest – it's something we could only dream of. Your enthusiasm is incredibly inspiring and motivating.

One thing we’re sure of – there was no botting issue at hand. Our partners reported that the number of users who made a purchase (1051) is close to the number of available items (1300). Still, the demand far outweighed the offer.

To handle this situation we’re planning the second sale of untradeable keys that give access to the game and we’re looking into other ways to make the keys more available. We are also aware about prices of the keys on the second market, and we will do our best to prevent the speculations on them.

Despite any hiccups along the way, Lowkick Studio continues to be a team of passionate game developers who will always put gameplay first. Adventurers, as you may remember, last week we had our first sale and, to be frank, we’re still overwhelmed by the amount of passion and support you’ve shown! We also remember that not all of you were able to get access to WorldShards and according to our survey a lot of you wanted to specifically get the access key.

That’s exactly why on February 26 at 16:00 UTC, we will hold a sale of non-tradable keys. We believe it’s the best option to grant access to as many players as possible and lower the speculation on tradable keys. This is an opportunity for those who couldn't secure their pass last week to become one of our first explorers and experience Murrlandia for themselves on February 26.

We see it as a proper way to honor our loyal community members who are eager to play WorldShards as soon as possible. Additionally, we're working on a whitelist system for our future sales to give priority access to the items put for sale to our most active players. Big things are coming!

The doors of Murrlandia are finally opened and we’re blown away by the passion and support you’ve shown us during the first hours of early access. Hundreds of you are currently exploring their islands, crafting weapons, building homes… and for some reason roadhouse kicking the deers (we don’t judge).

However, our grind does not stop here. We are well aware that a lot of players are experiencing various trouble with logging in and/or installing the game. While such things can be expected during the early access stage, none of us are taking your trust and time for granted and we’re actively looking for solutions to those problems. In order to properly compile all the issues in one place we’d like to ask you to fill in this short form:

We also wanted to assure you that even if you’re currently having any sort of technical trouble, you’re still not going to fall behind other users due to the fact there will be server wipes, patches and, of course, lots of new content. Everyone at LowKick Studio is focused on fixing all the issues stopping you from enjoying our game and we’re going to resolve them as soon as possible.

Adventurers, we've released a small game update (version 0.2.3) with several improvements and highly recommend you to install it.

What is inside this update?

- Updated localization
- Fixed incorrect capacity display when entering the default island
- Fixed an error when the connection was lost in the introduction video and on the new character name entry screen
- Swapped the positions of the Logout and Leave buttons
Improved error handling for game login and server access
- Fixed known causes of the Unknown Error issue
- Added error codes for occurrences of Unknown Error
- Fixed the disappearing mouse cursor on the game login screen
- Fixed the disappearing login window (for the Korean language)

Adventurers, we've started a technical maintenance on our server. The game will be temporarily unavailable. Time to take a short break so we can implement some fixes (and Meowkles can grow more trees for you to chop).

We are back! Murrlandia awaits!

Adventurers, we want to thank all of you for your feedback, bug reports, and game log submissions. This greatly aids us in enhancing the game and making your adventures in Murrlandia more interesting and exciting.

However, we are aware that some players are still experiencing problems with entering the game. We understand your frustration and have not forgotten about you. Our team is investigating every case to find solutions so that each one of you will be able to play the game. If you haven't sent us your game logs yet, please do so, as they will be really useful. The gold rush starts right now!
Adventurers, as we announced earlier, our next sale will be conducted through a whitelist system. Our most active players will also be included in this list.

How will we assess this activity?
The answer is by the amount of gold earned in the game. Enter the game, fight enemies, gather resources, and trade with Meowkles to earn gold.

We understand that those of you who have played longer and can travel to more challenging islands will be able to earn gold faster, but...
💎 There is still a limit in the game on the amount of gold a merchant can have, and even game veterans with the best gear will have to make a significant effort to fully exploit this limit.
💎 We will look at the top 75% of players by the amount of gold earned. Your chances of getting into the whitelist are high if you are indeed actively playing.
💎 We will track your progress daily and report on it by publishing a leaderboard.
💎 Gold accumulated by players before the start of the gold rush will not be counted on the leaderboard.

We also remember those who have encountered critical issues. And we understand that some of these users will not be able to compete with the rest for the title of the main gold miner. Therefore, we will include in the whitelist those who have encountered an issue, reported it, and sent us the logs.

Adventurers, we have discovered that several players have linked multiple OpenLoot accounts to their WorldShards account. It's highly likely that this is the reason they've lost the ability to enter the game.
We are working on a solution that will prevent such an issue in the future, and currently, we ask you to be careful when logging into the game and not to try to connect a second OpenLoot account to your WorldShards account.
For users who had multiple accounts linked, we have kept only one linked, which contained items that grant access to the game. Please try to log into the game and let us know if it works for you.
