Test version, feat(chat-menu): toggle to restore long-press → recent chats on chat tab
12.7 merge re-introduced upstream's openFoldersSelector listener on
INDEX_CHATS, which overwrote fork's BackButtonRecentMenu listener
(setOnLongClickListener keeps only the last call). Long-pressing the
chat tab silently lost the recent-chats popup as a result.
Merge the two listeners behind Config.showRecentChatsOnTabLongPress
(default off): ON → BackButtonRecentMenu (fork behavior), OFF →
openFoldersSelector (upstream behavior). Surface the toggle in
ChatSettingActivity with strings in all three locales.
