WHAT WAS THE BEST THING ABOUT THE EATING PLAN? The best thing about the #28DayReset eating plan is that I don't have to worry about what to eat for a month or even the possibility to think I'll "starve" because I don't have any food available to eat. Basically, what I have to do is to mix and match all the ingredients of the list and that's it. Joining the challenge is a no brainer, since Cassey is a biology pro and Erin is a med + biology pro, I know that the entire list are the best choices a human can take, I trust the food on that list is what my body needs. Work and research has been done, I only need to choose what I like and mix and match. I really think that's the best thing, knowing you still have so many options it's very convenient for somebody who used to live on sugar like me. #TheQueithShow #upwarddog
