On August 9 and August 14, Adrian Erlinger conducted two professional development sessions with Young Professional Internships Program (YPIP) participants.
๐With over 15 years of experience in international public affairs, higher education, and market research, Adrian Erlinger has helped private, governmental, and non-governmental organizations navigate complex global landscapes.
During the first session, Adrian emphasized the importance of tailoring resumes to highlight relevant skills for each job application. He provided practical advice on how to identify and prioritize key skills that align with specific job descriptions, helping participants make their resumes stand out to potential employers.
In the second session, Adrian focused on interview preparation, conducting mock interviews with all participants. This hands-on approach allowed participants to play the roles of both interviewee and interviewer, fostering peer learning. The session also featured insightful feedback from mentors, further enhancing the participants' understanding of effective interview techniques.
๐ผ YPIP participants gained valuable tools and experiences from these sessions, including practical guidance on "How to Craft an Outstanding Resume" and "Strategies for Interview Success."
