[UZ] "Yoshlarning ishga joylashish ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish" (YES) dasturi rahbari o‘rinbosari Shuhrat Amanov Vashington shahrida bo‘lib o‘tgan 2024-yilgi “Global Yoshlar Iqtisodiy Imkoniyatlari” (GYEO) sammitida ishtirok etdi va O‘zbekistondagi yoshlar uchun yoshlarni mehnat bozoriga tayyorlashda universal ta’lim jarayoni (UDL) bo‘yicha mazmunli taqdimot o‘tkazdi.
Har yili “GYEO” sammiti 75 dan ortiq davlatlardan butun dunyodan 500 dan ziyod manfaatdor tomonlarni birlashtiradi, bilim almashinuvini ta’minlaydi, dalillarga asoslangan amaliyotlarni ilgari suradi va yoshlar iqtisodiy imkoniyatlari (YEO) sohasida hamkorlikni mustahkamlaydi.
O‘zining taqdimoti davomida janob Amanov YES dasturi hamkori — “World Learning” tashkilotining yoshlarlarni mehnat bozoriga tayyorlash bo‘yicha mutaxassisi Karla Yoder xonim bilan birgalikda “UDL” yondashuvi haqida batafsil tushuncha berib, uning yoshlarni mehnat bozoriga tayyorlash dasturlarida qo‘llanishini USAIDning O‘zbekistondagi YES dasturi misolida amaliy misollar orqali namoyish etdi. Ular “UDL” yondashuvining nafaqat nogironligi bo‘lgan o‘quvchilar uchun, balki barcha o‘quvchilar uchun keng foydalarini ta’kidladilar va “UDL” yondashuvining uchta tamoyili hisoblangan turli jalb qilish, taqdim etish, harakat hamda ifoda usullari O‘zbekistonda qanday qo‘llanilayotganligini tushuntirdilar.

On September 28, alumni from YPIP'24 attended a session led by Global UGRAD alumni Jamshid Akhmadaliev and Maksim Kim at the Botanical Garden. The three-hour session focused on how to write effective motivational letters, drawing on the trainers' experience, and included group activities where participants reviewed and discussed sample essays. Following the session, alumni had lunch and shared their recent achievements. It was exciting to learn that most participants were already employed, either at their host companies or other high-ranking organizations.
