We are excited to announce a new campaign which is called "COVID-19: let's FLEX it!". This campaign highlights outstanding FLEX alumni who are currently undergoing a lot of pressure from COVID-19 and still keeping the hope for the world and showing off their resilience by adapting to the COVID-19 present lifestyle.

If you are a FLEX alum and want to share your story about how you are coping with COVID-19 pandemic, how has your life changed during the lockdown and what did you do to fight COVID-19 in your own community let us know by emailing us here flex.alumni.uz@americancouncils.org.

We will be happy to answer your questions and explain the campaign guidelines.

So, let's #FLEXit! (make life more flexible during the pandemic with sharing our lessons with each other)
