Ukraine's counteroffensive has now been expanded to a new front - the Borova direction. Ukrainian forces are now advancing along a 135 km-long section of the frontline.

Ukrainian forces are carrying out a coordinated series of counterattacks northeast of Borova near the villages of Borivska Andriivka, Zelenyi hai, Novojehorivka, and Vyshneve, where infiltrations have been recorded at a depth of at least 5 km from the previous frontline. It remains to be seen how successful these attacks have been so far, in terms of consolidation.

The primary assault vector remains the central sector along and across the Zherebets River - east and northeast of Lyman. Smaller-scale counterattacks are taking place east of Kramatorsk and Slovyansk, as well as along the Kharkiv-Luhansk regional border in the Borova direction.

NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) reports that a high-ranking Ukrainian SBU official threatened to use firearms to prevent NABU detectives from conducting a search of his property in Kyiv.

Almost the entirety of eastern Kyiv was without power last night due to repeated Russian Geran-4/5 jet-drone strikes on energy infrastructure, including the "Kyivska" 750 kV electrical substation, which is responsible for transferring electricity from the Rivne and Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plants to Kyiv.

Over the last 24 hours since yesterday's massive Russian combined missile attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure, Russia has been carrying out another large-scale attack on Ukraine's power grid using over 400 Geran-2/Gerbera drones, Geran-4/5 jet-drones, and S8000 Banderol cruise missiles.

The primary target was energy infrastructure, however railway infrastructure and other targets were also hit.

Compared to previous attacks over the last few days, Russia shifted their focus back to the surroundings of Kyiv and intensified their strikes on Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv Oblasts. Port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast continued to be struck, and in western Ukraine, thefocus of attacks was shifted from the southwestern regions back to the northwestern regions.

Ukrainska Pravda reports that the target of this morning's NABU anti-corruption raids, and the man who threatened to open fire on NABU personnel to prevent them from searching his property, is Major General Serhi Duku - First Deputy Head of the Department for the Protection of National Statehood within the SBU.

Additionally, separate searches are being conducted at another property owned by Colonel Anton Kravchuk, who is the head of the Main Department of Internal Security of the SBU.
