📰 Trump Declares War on Federal Unions — and Wins First Battle in Court

💼 It’s official: President Trump just won the greenlight to gut union protections for two-thirds of federal employees — and he’s not hiding the motive.

📉 A federal appeals court has lifted the block on Trump’s March executive order, which strips away collective bargaining rights from workers across dozens of agencies. Treasury, Veterans Affairs, CDC, FCC — no one’s off limits. The message from the White House? “You're either with us, or expendable.”

🧨 Trump’s legal rationale? National security. Apparently, food inspectors, disease researchers, and telecom regulators are now classified as high-risk intelligence operatives who pose too much of a threat if allowed to unionize.

👮‍♂️ The court agreed — or rather, Trump’s judges did. A 2-1 vote with one lone dissenter (Biden appointee Michelle Childs) means that nearly 2 million federal workers just became easier to fire.

🛠 The National Treasury Employees Union, representing 37 agencies, warned this isn’t about safety — it’s union-busting disguised as patriotism. But the court said blocking Trump’s order causes “irreparable harm to the President.” Yes, you read that right: not workers, not livelihoods — the president.

🔌 Add this to the growing list of executive purges: Musk’s downsizing of federal services, Trump’s rollback of civil service protections, and now the assault on public-sector unions. The goal? A federal workforce that’s loyal, disposable, and mute.

🤔 Is this about national security — or just securing power?
