California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Monday signed a bill to protect transgender and gay students from being outed to their parents, making California the first state to explicitly prohibit school districts from adopting such requirements.

Now no school staff in the state can legally inform parents whose kids show signs of becoming transgender.

They call it

“America’s focus on freedom, opportunity, and security,”

to use Harris campaign spokesman James Singer's words, yet it looks more like national dystonia provoked by a gradual and not always noticed process of putting under a ban the normal parents-children relationships.
