The Dark Night Before Christmas

Experience a time of Songs and reflection on the theme 'The Dark Night before Christmas' which is based on the writings of St John of The Cross. As we journey together in this time of Advent towards Christmas, may our hearts be purified more and more in preparation to receive Jesus into our hearts. Watch the livestream from the Church of St. Francis of Assisi at 7:30pm this Saturday 17th of December 2022.

His Grace Archbishop Julian would like to request for all the parishes to include this special prayer in their prayer of the faithful during the masses this weekend.

"For our Archdiocese, as we celebrate our elevation from being a Diocese in 1955 to a Metropolitan Archdiocese in 1972, we thank God for the past 50 years of Blessings, and pray we continue to be led by the Spirit towards Communion, Participation and Mission."

Thank you.

To love and be loved can be challenging. Sometimes we prefer to stay away from love and loving others. It’s too complicated, our mind tells us.
True love works through challenges and problems. Love helps us see to light even when we feel trapped in a cloud.
