How do you plan to begin the Advent season with deeper significance this year? We extend an invitation to you and your family to mark the Advent season by illuminating the initial purple candle. Let's anchor our hope in God, especially amid challenging times and joyful moments.
(Light the first purple candle on the Advent wreath)
Let us pray – Loving God, thank you for the hope you give us. Help us prepare our hearts for the Lord’s coming by being open to see the light of Christ in others. Amen.

Let us pray for all our deceased clergy.
Eternal Father, we offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in Purgatory, for sinners every where, for sinners in the universal church, those in our own home and within our family. Amen.
