I’m actually more optimistic about Abe Hamadeh’s election challenge than I am Kari Lake’s. Abe Hamadeh is represented by Jennifer Wright, former head of the Election Integrity Unit who is seasoned in this exact thing.

They’ve put together a strong case that thousands of provisional ballots were illegally discounted. Hamadeh only needs to prove 280 legal votes were not counted and that is enough to change the election outcome.

Hamadeh’s argument is simple, and if he’s granted a new trial and an inspection of the provisional ballots, he could easily meet the “clear and convincing” burden of proof.

On the other hand, I’m going to be honest with you, and I said this the day the AZ Supreme Court gave their ruling… Kari’s task of meeting Judge Thompson’s “clear and convincing” standard regarding signature matching is going to be unbelievably difficult.

She must prove that the signature verifiers conducted no signature matching whatsoever on at least 18,000 ballots. That’s near impossible when there will obviously be a rebuttal from Hobbs’ team claiming they did SOME form of signature verification. That apparently will be enough to sway the judge to rule in favor of the defendant (Hobbs).

Even a full inspection of mail in ballot envelopes won’t sway this judge because theres almost no way to make a “clear and convincing” argument regarding mail in ballot signature matching. One person could say they match, and another could say they don’t.

Given that the judge has already dismissed this count before, and recently dismissed the L&A count which would prove that the machines were intentionally manipulated, I’d say he’s not interested in hearing actual evidence of fraud.

On top of that, he also said that he’s inclined to view the evidence in favor of the defendant, so I’d say outlook not so good for Kari. Unfortunately.

I've gotten a lot of comments on Rumble asking about the time of Kari's trial... Looking at the superior court calendar, Kari Lake's trial begins at 9:00AM Arizona time, which will be 12:00pm EDT.

Maricopa’s attorney Thomas Liddy and Election Administrator Ray Valenzuela contradicted themselves so many times today.

First, they say the guy in the 90 second video was fired for approving signatures too quickly and not adhering to his duties.

Then Valenzuela says they've NEVER fired anyone from the signature verification process.

Then Valenzuela said that the video was taken out of context and that the guy was just doing exactly as he was trained to do.

And finally Valenzuela says the guy in the video was moved to a different job for approving signatures too quickly.

Holy hell. I hope the judge is picking up on this!

Today is Day 2 of the Kari Lake trial which will begin at 12PM EST. The trial will pick up where it left off with Brian Blehm examining Election administrator Ray Valenzuela.

Yesterday, Valenzuela contradicted himself when he said the guy in the 90 second video (clicking accept on every ballot) was doing his job properly, then proceeded to say that the guy was removed for NOT doing his job properly.

Brian Blehm has a golden opportunity. Let’s hope he can navigate these waters effectively.

Our expert witness just testified thousands of signatures were approved at a rate of 99.87% in under two seconds in Maricopa County.

This is not humanly possible.

It's also not signature verification.

This is rubber stamping bad ballots to alter the outcome of our election.

Judge Thompson is asking Lake to prove that NO signature verification occurred.

Logic would tell you that approving 70,000 ballots in under 2 seconds with a 99.87% approval rate means NO signature verification occurred on at least 70,000 ballots.

This will all come down to how judge Thompson chooses to define what constitutes valid signature verification.

It also depends on how much Soros is paying

One problem I see for Lake is that she is ALSO tasked with proving that a total lack of signature verification would have altered the outcome of the election by a competent mathematical basis.

Even if it is proven that no signature verification occurred, we still have to prove that the outcome would have been different. A further inspection is needed, which the judge has not granted.
