PROPOSAL FOR VALUE:
Turn the Ascensum DAO Treasury into a support system for investment in Ascensum DAO nodes.

The Ascensum DAO blockchain ecosystem is at an early stage of development and has a growth perspective based on a united community, in constant training and expansion. Within the structure of the ecosystem, there is an investment fund called Treasury, conceived as a tool aimed at multiplying the resources of Ascensum DAO through different investment strategies, with a medium- and long-term vision, projected from two years onwards. In this context, it is considered necessary to establish a system to strengthen the confidence of current and future members of the ecosystem. For this reason, it is proposed to create a Support and Guarantee System, whose purpose will be to provide each partner and investor with support for up to 100% of their investment in nodes, subject to the conditions established in this protocol.

This system aims to eliminate the risks inherent in any investment model. Its purpose is to establish a support mechanism for certain extraordinary scenarios that could compromise the continuity of the ecosystem.

The main objective of this proposal is:
To offer each node buyer a backup mechanism that can cover up to 100% of the value of the nodes purchased, in accordance with the conditions established by the protocol.

The system seeks to strengthen investor confidence, increase the perceived security of the ecosystem and provide an additional tool for protection against extraordinary scenarios.

MULTIPLICATION OF TREASURE RESOURCES AND GENERATION OF EXCENDENTS
The central purpose of the Treasury will be to multiply its resources and progressively increase its capacity to support node buyers.

The vision is not limited to achieving a sufficient level of capital to potentially cover 100% of eligible investments. The long-term objective is to build a Treasury capable of constantly generating surpluses, once its financial capacity allows it to adequately cover potential back-up obligations.

Where surpluses are available, the community may approve their distribution.

The distribution may be made, in accordance with the decision of the DAO, every 3, 6 or 12 months.

BENEFITS FOR ASCENSUM DAO AND ITS MEMBERS
The implementation of the Backup and Guarantee System can generate strategic benefits for the ecosystem.

Greater trust, credibility and security.
The new participants would have an additional support tool when evaluating node acquisition.
The perception of transparency and organization of Ascensum DAO is strengthened.
The Support System can become an additional tool for members dedicated to the promotion of the ecosystem, facilitating the presentation of Ascensum DAO to potential new partners.

The diversification of investment strategies seeks to create multiple potential sources of return to progressively increase Treasury resources.
Incentive to the holding, strengthening the economic structure around the ASM token. The surplus distribution mechanism creates an additional benefit for those who hold the ASM tokens generated through mining.

CONCLUSION
The system seeks to align the interests of Ascensum DAO and its members, generating incentives for permanence, growth and long-term vision.

As the Treasury increases its resources and sources of yield generation, it will be able to progressively increase its capacity to support the ecosystem and eventually generate surpluses for the benefit of the community.

The Treasury is one of the main financial pillars of Ascensum DAO, contributing to the growth, confidence, diversification and sustainability of the ecosystem.
