I think Dr Helen Mary Mayo would be mortified that we are injecting children with experimental, still in trial phase vaccines with massive red flags regarding safety and lack of efficacy. - Named in honour of Dr Helen Mary Mayo OBE, 1878–1967. The Australian Federation Party is the only Party that will put in place a system to bring back the voice of the people.

Australian Federation Party candidates will be encouraged to be guided by the voice of the people, Lib/Nat and Lab/Green candidates will continue to be servants of their Party's.

To this end, the Australian Federation Party will require its candidates to sign a public Community Pact, in which they commit to consult and engage with their electorates on an ongoing basis, to ensure their votes as elected members to the Parliament reflect the wishes and expectations of their constituents, subject to the values and principles that the Party stands for.

In a truly decentralised fashion, the Australian Federation Party allows conscience voting by default. This is enshrined in our Constitution, which specifies that elected members can vote against the Party's preferred policy position, provided that:

they cite their constituents' wishes;
they publicly disclose their reasons and the supporting evidence, and that those reasons comply with the Party's values and policy framework.
If elected members do not comply with either of the two points above, they can be removed from the Party and they will mandatorily forfeit their seat in Parliament.

To say I'm disappointed is and understatement, more like gutted, but I will continue to fight. Justice Perry has ruled that I can not be a joinder and the AVN and myself do not have standing to bring the case against the Secretary Of Health. This does not mean that there isn't enough evidence that the Secretary of Health should have pulled the vaccines from the market, because there is loads of evidence to be ruled on. It just means in Justice Perry's view based on arguments from both sides the AVN and I are not aggrieved enough to bring this case to a full hearing. The AVN and their legal team will discuss options going forward and whether I will be involved in this, but we can not proceed until we get hold of Justice Perry's written verdict and reasons.
