📢 Attention, #IIM enthusiasts and education enthusiasts alike! 🎓 Let's engage in a thought-provoking discussion today. 🤔✨

📚 Topic: "Should the IIM CAP Process continue or not?" 🤷‍♀️📊

🔍 The IIM CAP Process, or Common Admission Process, is a unified selection procedure adopted by the esteemed Indian Institutes of Management (#IIMs) for their flagship MBA programs.

Now, let's weigh its pros and cons! ⚖️

#Pros of IIM CAP Process:

1. No Fee: The absence of fees for the IIM CAP Process makes it economically feasible for aspiring students, eliminating the financial burden often associated with multiple application processes.

Last but not the least

2. Convenience: Participating in a single process saves time and effort for candidates. Instead of individually applying to each IIM, they can attend a centralized process, which streamlines the application and selection procedures.

#Cons of IIM CAP Process:

1️. Complexity: The CAP Process involves multiple stages and can be intricate to navigate, potentially adding stress and confusion for applicants.

2️. Limited Personalization: Due to the standardized nature of the CAP Process, individual aspirations and specific preferences may not be adequately considered, potentially compromising the ideal fit for candidates and institutions.

3️. Risk of Loss: One of the biggest downsides of the IIM CAP Process is that if you don't perform well in a particular process, you may miss out on the opportunity to secure admission in any of the nine IIMs. It's crucial to excel at each stage to maximize your chances.

📣 Fight Against Anti-Student Refund Policy of IIMs & IITs 🚫💰

When a product is sold but returned unused, or when a promise of future services is sold and returned to the seller, it is common sense that the first customer/consumer has the right to a full or partial refund. However, this principle does not seem to apply to many IIMs & IITs. Shockingly, they are denying students their rightful refund just after the first day of classes! 😱😡

I can already hear some brilliant minds arguing that it was clearly stated in their policy, and students should have made an informed decision. Well, this is what they call "management." 🙄

But here's where my fight begins. It is a matter of CHOICE, a matter of EDUCATION. According to AICITE rules, if someone's seat is taken by another student, they should be entitled to a refund. I strongly believe that IIMs & IITs should adopt this fair practice. 💪✊

I humbly ask for your support. Please email me the following details at amiya@3elearning.co.in: 📧

0️⃣ Send me your offer letter [unedited], where the last date of withdrawal is mentioned. 📜

1️⃣ If you have paid the fees for one IIM/IIT and decided to switch to another, please provide the fee receipts for both institutions. 💸💼

2️⃣ Did your first IIM/IIT refund your fees when you requested a refund after the specified last date? 🔄💵

3️⃣ If you can gather information about the last date of refund from reliable sources and email it to me, it would be tremendously helpful. 📆🔍

Together, let's stand up for our rights and fight against this unjust policy! 🤝🚩

Yours sincerely,

AMIYA 😊✉️

IIM Rohtak gave only 19 male shortlists over 434 Female shortlists.

Is it a real case of Reverse Gender Discrimination?

Is it time to declare IIM Rohtak As Pink IIM?
