📉 BITCOIN HOLDS AROUND $81.5K AS OIL SURGES ABOVE $110
⠀
Bitcoin is starting Tuesday under renewed macro pressure.
⠀
BTC is trading around:
⠀
$81,500 — $82,000
⠀
after yesterday's recovery lost momentum.
⠀
The main pressure is coming from global markets.
⠀
Asian equities sold off sharply:
⠀
• South Korea KOSPI: roughly -4%
• Japan Nikkei: about -1.3%
• MSCI Asia ex-Japan: about -1.1%
⠀
At the same time, Brent crude climbed toward:
⠀
$110 PER BARREL
⠀
near a five-month high.
⠀
Rising oil matters for Bitcoin because expensive energy can feed directly into inflation expectations.
⠀
And higher inflation can keep interest rates elevated for longer.
⠀
The U.S. 10-year Treasury yield is still hovering around:
⠀
5.1%
⠀
Important:
⠀
Bitcoin is not collapsing despite the renewed risk-off move.
⠀
BTC remains well above last week's low near:
⠀
$79,800
⠀
But buyers are also struggling to push the market back above:
⠀
$83K–$84K
⠀
That leaves Bitcoin trapped between two forces:
⠀
Improving institutional demand.
⠀
And a macro environment still dominated by high oil, high yields and AI-market volatility.
⠀
For now, $80K remains the line buyers do not want to lose.

🏦 BITCOIN ETFs PULL IN $526.7M — BIGGEST DAY IN ALMOST A MONTH
⠀
Institutional Bitcoin demand just returned in force.
⠀
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately:
⠀
+$526.7 MILLION
⠀
in net inflows on October 19.
⠀
That was their strongest daily result since:
⠀
SEPTEMBER 22
⠀
But one fund completely dominated the session.
⠀
BlackRock's IBIT attracted:
⠀
+$665.2 MILLION
⠀
Other notable flows included:
⠀
• Fidelity FBTC: -$83.6M
• Grayscale GBTC: -$54.9M
• Most other funds: essentially flat
⠀
That means BlackRock alone absorbed more capital than the entire ETF group ultimately retained.
⠀
Important:
⠀
A $526 million inflow does NOT guarantee Bitcoin immediately moves higher.
⠀
BTC is still trading near the low-$80K area despite the large institutional allocation.
⠀
But the reversal is significant.
⠀
On October 16, the same ETF group recorded:
⠀
-$82.4 MILLION
⠀
Then Monday delivered:
⠀
+$526.7 MILLION
⠀
The direction changed dramatically.
⠀
And BlackRock's latest inflow was its largest since October 2025.
⠀
Price is still struggling.
⠀
Institutional capital just showed up anyway.

₿ STRIVE BUYS ANOTHER 1,223 BTC — HOLDINGS REACH 36,818 BITCOIN
⠀
Strive's Bitcoin buying spree is continuing.
⠀
The company acquired another:
⠀
1,223 BTC
⠀
between October 14 and October 16.
⠀
Purchase value:
⠀
~$100 MILLION
⠀
Average price:
⠀
$81,734 PER BTC
⠀
That brings Strive's total holdings to:
⠀
36,818 BTC
⠀
And the latest purchase came immediately after Strive bought:
⠀
2,822 BTC
⠀
earlier in the same week.
⠀
Combined weekly accumulation:
⠀
4,045 BTC
⠀
That makes Strive the:
⠀
4TH-LARGEST
⠀
publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder.
⠀
The company now sits behind:
⠀
• Strategy
• Metaplanet
• Twenty One
⠀
and has moved ahead of MARA.
⠀
Important:
⠀
Strive is not funding these purchases only with operating profits.
⠀
The company has been aggressively using capital markets to expand its Bitcoin treasury.
⠀
Recent warrant exercises produced roughly:
⠀
$369.2 MILLION
⠀
And Strive has also priced a new preferred-share offering expected to raise around:
⠀
$630 MILLION
⠀
before expenses.
⠀
Corporate Bitcoin accumulation is becoming a financing competition.
⠀
Strive is moving fast.

🔐 NEW BITCOIN CUSTODIAN OFFERS UP TO $370M IN INSURANCE PER CLIENT
⠀
A new regulated Bitcoin custody platform has launched in the United States.
⠀
AnchorWatch Trust Company is now operating as a:
⠀
NEVADA-CHARTERED QUALIFIED CUSTODIAN
⠀
The company is targeting:
⠀
• Public companies
• Trusts
• Fiduciaries
• High-net-worth investors
⠀
One feature stands out:
⠀
Clients can obtain optional Bitcoin custody insurance of up to:
⠀
$370 MILLION
⠀
PER CLIENT
⠀
The policies are backed by Lloyd's of London syndicates, subject to underwriting and policy terms.
⠀
AnchorWatch also offers two different custody structures.
⠀
One allows AnchorWatch to hold the keys required for qualified custody while clients can hold additional keys.
⠀
Another can distribute key control between:
⠀
• AnchorWatch
• BitGo
• CoinCorner
⠀
The company's custody fee is also unusual.
⠀
Instead of charging a percentage of assets, monthly custody pricing is capped at:
⠀
$10,000
⠀
Important:
⠀
Insurance does NOT eliminate Bitcoin custody risk.
⠀
Coverage depends on the policy, underwriting approval, exclusions and limits.
⠀
And this is institutional custody —
⠀
not individual self-custody.
⠀
But the bigger trend is clear.
⠀
Bitcoin custody is becoming increasingly specialized.
⠀
The next competition is not only:
⠀
“Who can hold Bitcoin?”
⠀
It is:
⠀
“Who can secure, insure and structure it for institutions?”

📈 BITCOIN HOLDS AROUND $83K AS RISK APPETITE RETURNS

Bitcoin is holding around the:

$83,000

area after recovering from the lows seen earlier this week.

BTC briefly moved higher as stronger technology-sector earnings helped revive risk appetite across global markets.

The move followed a broader improvement in sentiment after Bitcoin recently traded near:

$81,000

At the same time:

• U.S. Treasury yields eased slightly
• Tech stocks strengthened
• Expectations for an immediate Fed rate hike declined
• Bitcoin ETF demand improved sharply

Bitcoin is now up roughly:

26%

over the past three months.

Important:

The recovery does NOT mean Bitcoin has broken out.

BTC remains below the major resistance area around:

$86,000 — $87,000

And the macro environment is still difficult.

Interest rates remain high.

Oil prices remain volatile.

And Bitcoin continues reacting strongly to changes in liquidity expectations.

For now, the market has moved away from panic.

But buyers still need to reclaim the upper end of the range.

$83K is stabilization.

$87K would be confirmation.

🏦 BITCOIN ETFs PULL IN NEARLY $550M IN TWO DAYS

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have recorded a sharp return of institutional demand.

On Monday, the funds attracted:

+$526.7 MILLION

That was their strongest daily inflow since September.

Then on Tuesday, another:

+$23.2 MILLION

entered the funds.

Two-day total:

+$549.9 MILLION

BlackRock's IBIT dominated the move.

Monday alone:

IBIT: +$665.2M

That was partially offset by outflows from:

• Fidelity FBTC: -$83.6M
• Grayscale GBTC: -$54.9M

On Tuesday, IBIT added another:

+$29.9M

Important:

ETF flows remain volatile.

A large inflow day can be followed by a reversal.

And October is still not automatically a strong month simply because two sessions were positive.

But the change in direction matters.

Earlier this month, Bitcoin ETFs were posting repeated outflows while BTC struggled near $80K.

Now more than half a billion dollars has returned in just two sessions.

Price is stabilizing.

Institutional capital is coming back.

The next question is whether those flows continue.

⚠️ STRATEGY COULD BE REMOVED FROM MSCI INDEXES — $2.8B MAY BE AT RISK

Strategy is facing a new risk that has nothing to do with Bitcoin's blockchain.

MSCI is reviewing whether companies that behave primarily like investment vehicles should remain inside its global equity indexes.

Strategy currently holds approximately:

848,500 BTC

and is the largest corporate Bitcoin holder in the world.

Under MSCI's proposed rules, companies that resemble passive investment vehicles rather than traditional operating businesses could be excluded.

Strategy could be affected.

Why does that matter?

Passive investment funds automatically buy stocks included in major indexes.

If Strategy is removed, those funds may be forced to sell their MSTR shares.

Reuters estimates approximately:

$2.8 BILLION

of passive holdings could be exposed.

Important:

Strategy has NOT been removed yet.

MSCI is expected to publish the final deletion list on:

NOVEMBER 11

with changes taking effect later in November.

This does NOT force Strategy to sell Bitcoin.

The issue is about:

MSTR shares

not the BTC held on Strategy's balance sheet.

But the distinction still matters.

Strategy has built its Bitcoin accumulation model around access to public capital markets.

If index inclusion becomes harder for Bitcoin treasury companies, that financing model could face a new constraint.

Bitcoin itself is unchanged.

The financial infrastructure around corporate Bitcoin holders may not be.

📊 WEBULL TO OFFER REGULATED BITCOIN PERPETUAL FUTURES IN THE U.S.

Bitcoin perpetual futures are moving deeper into regulated U.S. markets.

Webull plans to begin offering perpetual futures to eligible U.S. customers starting next month.

The first products will include:

BITCOIN

along with other crypto assets.

Unlike traditional futures contracts, perpetual futures:

DO NOT EXPIRE

Traders can keep positions open indefinitely as long as margin requirements are maintained.

The contracts will be listed through Kalshi and cleared through regulated U.S. infrastructure.

They are expected to trade:

24 HOURS A DAY

Why is this significant?

Perpetual futures are already one of the largest trading products in global crypto markets.

But most perpetual trading historically happened on offshore crypto exchanges.

Bringing the structure into a regulated U.S. futures environment changes that.

Important:

Perpetual futures involve leverage.

That means traders can gain more exposure with less capital —

but losses can also accelerate quickly.

This is not the same thing as buying spot Bitcoin.

Still, the infrastructure shift matters.

Bitcoin began with spot trading.

Then came regulated futures.

Then ETFs.

Now one of crypto's most popular derivatives is moving into the U.S. regulated market as well.

📉 BITCOIN TOUCHES $85K — THEN GIVES THE ENTIRE MOVE BACK

Bitcoin briefly broke above the resistance that had rejected it earlier this month.

BTC climbed to approximately:

$84,800

late Wednesday.

Within roughly six hours, it had fallen more than:

$2,000

back toward the $82,600 area.

That leaves Bitcoin sitting close to another important level:

$82,500

The reversal came as risk appetite weakened again across traditional markets.

Nasdaq futures fell after mixed technology earnings revived concerns around AI spending, while oil prices moved higher as Middle East tensions returned.

Important:

Bitcoin DID break through the $84,000 ceiling.

But it could not hold above it.

That distinction matters.

A breakout only becomes meaningful when buyers can defend the new price area after resistance is broken.

Instead, BTC immediately returned to its previous range.

The next level traders are watching closely is:

$82,500

Some analysts warn that a sustained loss of that support could open a much deeper move lower.

For now, Bitcoin remains trapped between two clear zones:

$82.5K support.

$84K–$85K resistance.

The breakout happened.

The confirmation did not.

🏦 BITCOIN ETFs PULL IN MORE THAN $1 BILLION IN THREE DAYS

Institutional Bitcoin demand has accelerated again.

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately:

+$524.8 MILLION

in net inflows on October 21.

That follows:

• Oct. 19: +$526.7M
• Oct. 20: +$23.2M
• Oct. 21: +$524.8M

Three-day total:

+$1.07 BILLION

Wednesday's buying was also much broader than Monday's BlackRock-dominated session.

Major inflows included:

• BlackRock IBIT: +$235.0M
• Fidelity FBTC: +$212.7M
• Grayscale GBTC: +$32.6M
• Bitwise BITB: +$19.2M

Important:

More than $1 billion of ETF inflows does NOT guarantee an immediate Bitcoin rally.

BTC actually failed to hold its move toward $85K despite the renewed demand.

Historical context also matters.

During Bitcoin's strongest ETF-driven rallies, average daily inflows exceeded roughly:

$200 MILLION

for sustained periods.

So the question is no longer whether institutional money has returned.

It has.

The question is whether it stays long enough to overpower the sellers above $84K–$85K.

Three days.

More than $1 billion.

Now Bitcoin needs follow-through.

🇨🇳 CHINA SEEKS TO CONFISCATE MORE THAN 61,800 BITCOIN

Chinese prosecutors are seeking to seize one of the largest Bitcoin holdings connected to a criminal case.

The amount:

MORE THAN 61,800 BTC

The Bitcoin is linked to an alleged investment fraud involving approximately:

$5.7 BILLION

and more than:

102,000 INVESTORS

Prosecutors say the scheme operated between 2014 and 2017 through unlicensed wealth-management products promising guaranteed principal and high returns.

Funds were allegedly used to:

• Repay earlier investors
• Finance fake investment projects
• Buy Bitcoin
• Purchase property, vehicles and jewelry

The Bitcoin was later seized by British authorities after the alleged controller of the scheme fled China and eventually settled in the UK.

Important distinction:

China does NOT currently control these 61,800 BTC simply because prosecutors want them confiscated.

The assets were seized in Britain.

And a UK High Court recently ruled that Chinese law should determine whether victims have property rights over the Bitcoin.

A Chinese court has now opened a:

SIX-MONTH

period for victims and other interested parties to participate in the confiscation case.

So this is not simply:

“China just acquired 61,800 BTC.”

It is a cross-border legal battle over who ultimately has the right to one of the world's largest seized Bitcoin holdings.

61,800 BTC.

One fraud case.

Two legal systems.

And billions of dollars now at stake.

@BitcoinNews
🏦 JPMORGAN PUTS BITCOIN IN ITS LONG-TERM FORECAST FOR THE FIRST TIME

J.P. Morgan Asset Management has done something it had never done before:

Put a long-term expected return on Bitcoin.

Its base-case forecast:

10% PER YEAR

compounded over roughly the next decade.

That puts Bitcoin above JPMorgan's long-term assumptions for:

• U.S. large-cap stocks: 7.5%
• Gold: 5.5%
• Many traditional bond markets

The firm also modeled a much wider range:

• Bear case: roughly -10% annually
• Base case: +10%
• Bull case: roughly +17%

But there is a major caveat.

JPMorgan estimates Bitcoin volatility at approximately:

55%

The asset manager says BTC's volatility and unstable correlations with other assets still make widespread inclusion in traditional portfolios difficult.

Important:

This is NOT a Bitcoin price target.

And JPMorgan has NOT suddenly declared Bitcoin a low-risk core portfolio asset.

The forecast is part of its long-term capital-market assumptions used to model expected asset returns.

But the shift itself is significant.

For years, major institutions debated whether Bitcoin belonged in serious financial models at all.

Now one of the world's largest asset managers is assigning it a decade-long expected return.

Bitcoin has moved from:

“Should we model it?”

to:

“What return should we model?”

That is institutional adoption too.

⚙️ BITCOIN HASHRATE CLIMBS BACK ABOVE 1 ZETTAHASH PER SECOND

Bitcoin's mining network has returned to one of the highest computing-power levels in its history.

The network's 7-day estimated hashrate is now approximately:

1.05 ZH/s

That's more than:

1,050 EH/s

of computing power competing to produce Bitcoin blocks.

At the same time, Bitcoin mining difficulty has reached:

140.58 TRILLION

a new record level.

The previous difficulty adjustment increased by:

+5.92%

And current estimates point toward another increase at the next adjustment.

Why does this matter?

More hashrate generally means:

• More mining competition
• More computing power securing Bitcoin
• A higher cost to attack the network
• More pressure on inefficient miners

But there is another side.

Bitcoin's current hashprice — the expected revenue miners earn from their computing power — is only around:

$36.70 PER PH/s PER DAY

So the network is getting stronger...

while mining economics are getting tougher.

Important:

Bitcoin does NOT directly report its hashrate.

Hashrate is estimated from how quickly blocks are being produced at the current difficulty.

Difficulty, however, is set directly by Bitcoin's protocol every 2,016 blocks.

Bitcoin price can fall.

Mining margins can tighten.

But underneath the market, machines keep competing for the next block.

More than one zettahash per second.

Bitcoin security is becoming an industrial-scale operation.

🛡 BLACKROCK FILES FOR A BITCOIN ETF WITH DOWNSIDE PROTECTION

BlackRock is building another Bitcoin investment product.

The world's largest asset manager has filed with the SEC for the:

iSHARES BITCOIN MANAGED PROTECT ETF

The proposed fund would give investors exposure to:

BLACKROCK'S IBIT

or similar Bitcoin exposure.

But the structure adds something different.

BlackRock says the fund would seek to provide:

• Bitcoin upside exposure
• An approximate cap on that upside
• A level of downside protection

That means the product is designed for investors who want Bitcoin exposure while attempting to reduce some of the risk from a major price decline.

BlackRock's existing IBIT already manages more than:

$65 BILLION

making it the world's largest spot Bitcoin ETF.

The new filing shows how Bitcoin investment products are evolving.

The first generation was simple:

Give investors BTC exposure.

Now Wall Street is building products around:

• Income
• Options
• Risk management
• Downside protection
• Different portfolio objectives

Important:

The Managed Protect ETF has been FILED.

It has not yet launched.

And downside protection does NOT mean investors cannot lose money.

Protection may also come at the cost of limiting some upside.

But the bigger development is clear:

Wall Street is no longer asking whether Bitcoin belongs inside an ETF.

It is now engineering different versions of Bitcoin exposure for different types of investors.

🇨🇭 SWITZERLAND APPROVES ITS FIRST RETAIL SPOT BITCOIN ETF

Switzerland has taken another major step in regulated Bitcoin access.

Financial regulator FINMA has approved the country's first:

SPOT BITCOIN ETF FOR RETAIL INVESTORS

The fund can invest directly in Bitcoin under Switzerland's investment-fund framework.

That distinction matters.

Switzerland has offered Bitcoin exchange-traded products for years.

But many existing products are structured as:

DEBT SECURITIES

The newly approved product is different.

It operates under Swiss fund law.

FINMA classified it as an:

“OTHER FUND FOR ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS”

The regulator even made an exception to normal diversification requirements.

Why?

FINMA pointed to Bitcoin's:

• Longer trading history
• High trading volume
• Established market liquidity

The regulatory framework also requires safeguards around:

• Custody
• Operational risk
• Investor disclosures

Important:

FINMA has NOT publicly identified the approved fund or issuer.

And approval does NOT mean the regulator considers Bitcoin low risk.

FINMA specifically warned that BTC remains highly volatile and investors can lose a significant amount of money.

But the structural change matters.

Bitcoin was already available to Swiss investors.

Now BTC is entering another layer of the country's mainstream regulated fund system.

And FINMA says other providers are already seeking approval.

One Bitcoin ETF may be only the beginning.

₿ STRIVE BUYS ANOTHER 1,223 BTC — HOLDINGS REACH 36,818 BITCOIN

Strive has continued its aggressive Bitcoin accumulation strategy.

The company acquired another:

1,223 BTC

between October 14 and October 16.

Cost:

approximately $100 MILLION

Average purchase price:

$81,734 PER BTC

That brings Strive's total Bitcoin treasury to:

36,818 BTC

And this was not its only purchase that week.

Strive had already acquired:

2,822 BTC

earlier in the same week for approximately $235 million.

Combined:

4,045 BTC

added in a matter of days.

The latest purchases pushed Strive into the top tier of publicly traded Bitcoin holders.

Its goal is even more aggressive.

CEO Matt Cole has said the company wants to become the:

SECOND-LARGEST PUBLIC BITCOIN HOLDER

by the end of the year.

Important:

These purchases are not simply being funded from operating profits.

Strive is actively using capital markets to expand its Bitcoin position.

The company has raised significant capital through:

• Warrants
• Preferred shares
• Equity financing

It also recently priced a preferred-share offering expected to raise approximately:

$630 MILLION

before expenses.

That makes Strive another example of a model pioneered by Strategy:

Use public capital markets...

to acquire more Bitcoin.

Corporate Bitcoin accumulation is becoming a competition.

And Strive is trying to move rapidly up the leaderboard.

🏦 STRATEGY BUYS ANOTHER 267 BTC — NOW HOLDS 848,517 BITCOIN

Strategy has added another block of Bitcoin to the world's largest corporate BTC treasury.

The company acquired:

267 BTC

for approximately:

$22.1 MILLION

Average purchase price:

$82,900 PER BTC

That brings Strategy's total holdings to:

848,517 BTC

The company has spent approximately:

$64 BILLION

building that position.

Its overall average acquisition price is now roughly:

$75,446 PER BTC

Strategy currently controls more than:

4% OF BITCOIN'S TOTAL SUPPLY

The latest purchase was relatively small by Strategy's historical standards.

But how it was funded remains important.

Strategy sold approximately:

140,872 MSTR SHARES

raising around $22 million.

It then used those proceeds, plus a small amount from its cash reserves, to acquire more Bitcoin.

Important distinction:

Strategy is not simply taking spare corporate cash and buying BTC.

Its model is built around repeatedly accessing capital markets through:

• Common shares
• Preferred securities
• Debt
• Cash reserves

and converting part of that capital into Bitcoin.

The company still has approximately:

$18.79 BILLION

of capacity remaining under its current MSTR at-the-market share program.

One purchase of 267 BTC is small.

The machine behind the purchases is not.

🔄 GRAYSCALE NOW LETS ELIGIBLE INVESTORS SWAP BITCOIN DIRECTLY FOR ETF SHARES

Grayscale is expanding how investors can move between crypto and traditional investment products.

The company has introduced:

IN-KIND SUBSCRIPTIONS

across 10 of its crypto funds.

That includes the:

GRAYSCALE BITCOIN MINI TRUST ETF

The idea is different from the normal cash process.

Instead of:

BTC → SELL FOR CASH → BUY ETF SHARES

eligible investors can potentially contribute Bitcoin directly and receive shares in return.

Grayscale says the structure can help reduce:

• Extra transactions
• Self-custody requirements
• Some transaction costs

while moving crypto exposure into structures that can work with:

• Brokerage accounts
• Retirement accounts
• Portfolio management systems
• Collateral arrangements

Important:

This is NOT a simple retail “swap button” available to every Bitcoin holder.

Eligibility, minimum investment sizes and intermediary requirements apply.

Across Grayscale's participating products, minimums currently range from approximately:

$80,300

to:

$364,800

depending on the fund.

The SEC first approved in-kind creation and redemption mechanics for crypto ETPs in 2025.

Now those rails are becoming more widely usable.

The bigger trend is clear:

The wall between owning Bitcoin directly...

and holding Bitcoin through traditional financial products...

is getting thinner.

⚛️ COINBASE SAYS BITCOIN SHOULD START PREPARING FOR THE QUANTUM ERA NOW

Coinbase has published its technical priorities for protecting Bitcoin against future quantum-computing threats.

Its message:

DO NOT WAIT FOR THE THREAT TO ARRIVE.

Quantum computers powerful enough to break Bitcoin's cryptography do not currently exist.

But Coinbase argues that preparing Bitcoin could require:

YEARS

because any major transition would involve:

• New signature systems
• Wallet upgrades
• Custody infrastructure
• Full-node compatibility
• Moving existing BTC
• Bitcoin consensus changes

Coinbase favors flexible designs where the way Bitcoin is locked can be separated from the specific signature system used to spend it.

Potential approaches include:

P2MR / BIP-360

and hybrid designs where funds could potentially be spent using either:

• Today's cryptography
• A post-quantum signature

That could allow users to migrate gradually rather than forcing the entire network to change at once.

Another difficult question remains:

What happens to old Bitcoin that never moves?

That could include coins with exposed public keys, abandoned wallets or inaccessible BTC.

Important:

This does NOT mean Bitcoin is currently being broken by quantum computers.

It isn't.

This is long-term security planning.

Bitcoin upgrades are deliberately slow.

And moving millions of wallets safely would be a massive coordination challenge.

That's exactly why Coinbase says the conversation needs to begin before the emergency exists.

Bitcoin has survived for more than 17 years.

Preparing for the next cryptographic era may be one of its biggest future engineering challenges.

🍯 NEW BITCOIN PLATFORM TARGETS 2%–4% ANNUAL YIELD ON BTC

A new company is trying to build institutional income products around Bitcoin.

Nectar Group has raised:

$5 MILLION

to develop a Bitcoin yield platform called:

HONEYB

The funding round valued the company at approximately:

$30 MILLION

HoneyB plans to launch its first product this quarter, initially targeting institutional investors outside the United States.

The target return:

approximately 2%–4% PER YEAR

on Bitcoin after financing costs and fees.

But the mechanism is important.

HoneyB does NOT generate yield directly from Bitcoin's protocol.

Instead, the proposed strategy works roughly like this:

BTC → COLLATERAL

Borrow stablecoins against that Bitcoin.

Then deploy those stablecoins into income-generating strategies involving assets such as:

• U.S. Treasuries
• Fixed income
• Credit
• Gold
• Volatility strategies
• Options

The underlying portfolio aims for around:

10% annual returns

before borrowing costs and other expenses.

Important:

Bitcoin itself does NOT pay yield.

Any BTC yield product introduces additional risks.

Those can include:

• Leverage
• Stablecoin risk
• Custody risk
• Counterparty risk
• Liquidation risk
• Strategy performance risk

HoneyB itself says returns are NOT guaranteed.

Still, the development is interesting.

Wall Street spent years building products for:

BUYING Bitcoin.

The next wave is trying to build financial products around:

USING Bitcoin as productive collateral.
