Dear Parents,

Thank you for your continued engagement with the school.

Following the email sent earlier regarding the 2026–2027 Fee Policy, we have identified a small error in the dates referenced in the document. I apologise for this oversight.

Please find attached a corrected version of the Fee Policy, which now clearly reflects the correct dates.

There are no changes to the substance of the policy, but we wanted to ensure that the information provided to families is completely accurate and transparent.

Thank you for your understanding, and please do not hesitate to contact the school office if you have any questions.

Kind regards,

Mark Whitfield

Dear Parents and Families,

Further to our recent communications, we would like to remind all families to complete the re-registration process for the upcoming academic year at Cambridge Academy Ethiopia.

Recent national regulations require international schools to maintain a minimum proportion of international passport holders. Cambridge Academy Ethiopia meets these requirements and will continue to operate as a licensed international school. Demand for places is high, and our waiting lists have grown significantly in recent weeks.

To secure your child’s place for the next academic year, re-registration must be completed by 15 April 2026. This deadline is firm. After this date, unconfirmed places may be offered to students on the waiting list.

Re-Registration Requirements

·  Settlement of all outstanding school fees

·  Full payment of Term 3 fees by 15 April 2026

·  Completion of the re-registration process before the deadline

·  Payment of the non-refundable re-registration fee of $250 per student

Office Support

To assist families, the Admissions and Finance Offices will be open on Saturdays until noon from 12 March to 15 April 2026.

Policy Reminder

As outlined in the Re-Registration Policy, the school reserves the right to decline re-registration in specific circumstances, including:

·  Outstanding fee debt

·  Learning needs beyond the support the school can provide

·  Serious or persistent disciplinary matters affecting the wellbeing of the school community

Once the process is completed and confirmed by the school administration, your child’s place for the 2026–2027 academic year will be secured.

If you have any questions regarding re-registration or fee payments, please contact the Admissions Office or Finance Office.

Thank you for your prompt attention and continued support.

Warm regards,
