Russia is immediately lifting restrictions on diesel exports, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said.

Novak said Russia could supply additional diesel to the U.S. as early as October and increase exports in November and December as refineries complete maintenance.

Kremlin:

The entry of Russian oil into the U.S. market would have a positive impact on the entire global economy.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told TASS that Russia could export 300,000 tons of diesel in October, 500,000 tons in November and 1 million tons in December.

Exports could eventually reach 3 million tons per month, he added.
