The €4.5 Million Attack!

Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer are waging a €4.5 million legal attack against Viviane Fischer. The claim was served in 13 separate envelopes.

Message from Viviane Fischer:

13 ENVELOPES. 4.5 MILLION EUROS. THEY WANT TO BREAK ME.

First, 7 envelopes arrived. Then 6 more. A coordinated strike against me.

Inside: a lawsuit for 4.5 million euros — filed by Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer. They claim to be acting in the name of, and in the interests of, the Corona Investigative Committee, which I built together with Reiner Fuellmich and Wolfgang Wodarg.

What is happening right now:

• 6 YEARS OF COMMITMENT: I gave almost 6 years of my life, my income, and my reputation to this work in the public interest — pro bono.
• THE CLAIM: They want the gold, damages for what Reiner Fuellmich did not repay, and compensation for allegedly excessive third-party invoices. On top of that, they want me to repay my €100,000 a second time.
• THE TEMPLIN DOUBLE ROLE: Marcel Templin is appearing as counsel against me — the very same man who, according to Reiner Fuellmich, received money from the sale of his house without legal basis.
• LEGAL HANDCUFFS: I am currently forbidden — under threat of imprisonment or a fine — from pursuing counterclaims against Justus Hoffmann, Antonia Fischer, Marcel Templin, and others.
• THE LEGAL WEAPON: This is not a normal legal dispute. This is lawfare. They are hitting me with criminal complaints, attempts to exclude me, and now this massive lawsuit.

They want to destroy me financially so that no one is left to protect the Committee’s funds. They are betting that I will collapse under the sheer weight of legal costs alone.

I will not do them that favor.

This lawsuit is so massive that it had to be served in 13 envelopes (including an enormous volume of attachments). A paper war designed to bury me under mountains of files. I have mobilized specialized lawyers to defend myself against this attack. To hold the line, I need you.

Every euro now becomes leverage against this campaign to wear me down.

The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) has dismissed Reiner Fuellmich’s appeal on points of law. For the sake of clarity, since a great deal is being insinuated online: there are NO main trial proceedings opened against me personally, and there is no judgment against me.

The Göttingen Public Prosecutor’s Office has filed an indictment concerning alleged breach of trust in relation to the €100,000 liquidity reserve that I held in trust, that was economically secured throughout, and that was fully repaid. However, in the intermediate proceedings, the Göttingen Regional Court has now ordered further fact-finding first. It is therefore completely open whether the main proceedings will be opened at all, or whether the court will refuse to open them for lack of sufficient suspicion.

I don’t get worked up over chickens that haven’t even hatched yet.

So let’s clear away the smoke screens and shine the light on where things really get interesting. The crucial question is: Where have the millions from the entire Corona Committee complex actually gone?

FOLLOW THE MONEY.

None of it is with me. Together with Reiner Fuellmich’s insolvency administrator, I am protecting the Corona Committee’s gold from potentially unauthorized access. That is, among other things, why I am facing a €4.5 million lawsuit.

Let’s look at the bare figures:

Reiner Fuellmich: Privately spent €700,000 and did not return it. Approximately €600,000 went into work carried out by his law firm that was not recognizable to me as such.
Total: at least €1.3 million.

Marcel Templin (law partner of Justus Hoffmann & Antonia Fischer): To this day, he administers the remaining funds from the class-action project—originally apparently around €1 million—and apparently continues, as a gesture of goodwill, to refund participants who demand their money back. As for the class action itself, absolutely nothing happened. I am not aware of a single payment to US lawyers or expert witnesses. Any potential damages claims of the participants are likely to be time-barred by now.
Right at the beginning, €600,000 of these funds were paid to Reiner Fuellmich as private loans, including to pay off his real-estate loan with Warburg Bank. Marcel Templin later recovered exactly that amount from the proceeds of Reiner Fuellmich’s house sale—PLUS approximately another €600,000. At the time, Justus Hoffmann described that, in substance, as “business savy.”
Total: at least €1.6 million.

Money for Nothing?

Justus Hoffmann & Antonia Fischer: Justus Hoffmann recently had crypto assets belonging to the Corona Committee and/or the SCA Investigative Committee UG—of which I am the managing director—transferred to his private Bitcoin card without my knowledge.
Amount unknown.

And on August 1, 2026, the two of them—immediately after once again passing a resolution purporting to exclude me—renamed the company:
“Corona Ausschuss SCA Vermögensverwaltungs GbR” (“Corona Committee SCA Asset Management Partnership”).

Make of that what you will.

These maneuvers and the threatened shifting of Corona Committee assets must be stopped through decisive legal action and investigated without gaps. I will not allow facts to be created in the dark.
