Reiner Fuellmich loses law suit at the Berlin Regional Court.

Reiner Fuellmich wanted to forbid me from telling the truth. Among other things, I should not be allowed to say that he has not paid back € 700,000 in donations to the committee to date. Contrary to his assertion, the stored assets cannot be collected and utilized without his personal presence in Berlin and his further involvement, and are thus not available to the Corona Committee for its work in violation of the will of the donors.

The Berlin Regional Court has now confirmed that these statements may be made. The summary proceedings, which Reiner Fuellmich had pursued, were decided in my favor. Reiner Fuellmich and his lawyer Tobias Weissenborn have not managed to present any significant facts that would contradict my statements within approximately six months. In particular, they could not invalidate the court's statement of the end of March 2023: "The statement that the respondent (= Reiner Fuellmich) has "not repatriated the €700,000.00 that he received in trust from the committee, although he states that his house has been sold in the meantime" is true according to the undisputed party submissions..." The final submission was that more time would be needed because Mr. Weissenborn now had hay fever. At this point the court then lost patience. The truth always comes to light ! On the subject of summary proceedings before the Berlin Regional Court, for the sake of completeness I am publishing here the judicial notices of March 29, 2023, and June 23, 2023. The dismissal of the motions for injunctive relief filed in respect of these statements (english translation here) was ostensibly on the grounds of "self-refutation of urgency", but the court had already dealt with the content of the montions and issued notices. On March 29, 2023, it announced that it had reservations about the merits of Reiner Fuellmich's motions because, in the opinion of the court, my statements were either true (e.g. failure to repatriate the € 700,000) or were permissible expressions of opinion (e.g. assessment that the Committee was thus at risk of insolvency or that there might be nothing to get from Reiner Fuellmich). At this point, Reiner Fuellmich had already given a detailed presentation. A further 18 pages followed, to which we replied with 40 pages. On June 23, 2023, the court informed us that Reiner Fuellmich's statements were nevertheless only relevant at one point, i.e. worthy of review, whereupon we provided further evidence. On June 23, 2023, the court also advised Reiner Fuellmich to withdraw his motions. When no withdrawal was made, the court dismissed the motions. Despite umpteen extensions of the deadline, Reiner Fuellmich has not succeeded in refuting the accuracy of my statements, even though, according to the court, "it (concerns) a factual situation that is neither complex nor raises legal questions that are difficult to assess." On February 16, 2024, Attorney at Law and Cconomist Dr. Dr. Renate Holzeisen reported to the Corona Investigative Committee on the establishment of a Corona Committee of Inquiry by the Italian Parliament. Former Prime Minister Draghi and former Health Minister Speranza, who is currently on trial because the health authorities played down the dangers of the "vaccines" against his better judgment, expressed their outrage. In Italy, it has now also been revealed that Italian judges at first and second instance have been "sworn in" to the coronavirus narrative and the legitimacy of compulsory vaccination by means of an assessment guide from the Supreme Court.

In session 194 of the Corona Investigative Committee, market research analyst and IT specialist Mark Kulacz spoke to us about the opioid crisis in the USA, which can be traced back to the irresponsible prescribing of painkillers with extreme addictive potential. The number of drug deaths resulting from this could have gone unrecognized in the statistics of alleged corona deaths.

Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg described our conversation with entrepreneur Jeroen Pols in session 194 as the most important interview since the Corona Investigative Committee began. Largely unnoticed by the public, reporting obligations are being introduced for the import of certain goods, and this list of goods is to be constantly expanded. The carbon footprint of the goods is to be offset by the purchase of CO2 emission certificates, which are becoming increasingly expensive over the years. The upcoming reporting obligation within the framework of the "CO2 border compensation system" - CBAM - affects not only companies but also private individuals, from an import value of € 150 (!). The economy and citizens are being strangled by these import duties and corresponding payment obligations. The whole thing is part of the EU's "Fit for 55" package

On February 23, 2024 engineer Manfred Haferburg spoke to the Corona Committee under the title "The Illusions of Today are the Disappointments of Tomorrow" on the subject of the energy transition, in particular wind power at its heart. Wind power has a very low energy yield, while at the same time it provides for a giant "land grap" or conversion of land use, and a dangerous volatility in the power supply. The manual interventions to save Germany from a blackout have increased from 5 in 2000 to over 12,000 in 2022 at an additional cost of € 3.5 billion. The volatility of wind and solar power makes it economically pointless to maintain large reserve capacities in the form of gas and coal-fired power plants (with unclear capacity utilization, as a kind of backup). The dangers of switching to volatile and explosive hydrogen have not even been factored into the current milquetoast calculation. We urgently need to pause and reassess the (wrong) path we have taken, particularly with regard to the expansion of wind power, which is being driven forward at "warp speed". Invitation to the online rally "ivetowar": It is time to counter warmongering with a diplomatic offensive. The war in the East must not be allowed to spread to the EU and the whole world. All bloodshed must be stopped immediately. No country is a pawn, no human being is a chess game figur of geopolitical and financial interests. We all have better things to do than bash each other's heads in.

People do not want this war. They want to live in peace with their neighbors and take care of their children, their friends, their animals, all the things that are close to their hearts. This is not possible when bombs are flying around your ears.

We therefore call for an immediate end to the war and invite Russia, Ukraine, NATO, the USA and Germany to diplomatic talks. The issue of a referendum at federal level must now be put on the table for Germany in order to stop the escalation strategies directed against the interests of the population,
