Dear friends, good news: the well know Austrian AUF1 has deleted the interview with Andrea Christidis on the subject of Reiner Fuellmich from YouTube due to “obvious false statements” (Stefan Magnet). Andrea Christidis had untruthfully claimed that my lawyer had confirmed that there had been no liquidity pass at the committee. She also untruthfully claimed that I had only paid in my liquidity reserve AFTER the charges were filed, which is absolutely not true, that was long before the port lawyers filed criminal charges against me. Andrea Christidis also falsely claimed that I had transferred committee funds to my trust foundation. Another false claim by Andrea Christidis was that I had written “fictitious loan” in the purpose of my repayment, which is not true, I wrote “repayment of so-called loan/liquidity reserve”. It's good that this FAKE NEWS has now been removed from YouTube. They will also be taken down elsewhere in the short term. Today was the date for the first of three injunction proceedings against Andrea Christidis. The judge stated that Andrea Christidis had not even begun to prove that my husband or I had falsified a guarantee or that I had made a deal with the public prosecutor's office. This is not an expression of opinion, but an untrue statement of fact intended to suggest that there was criminal conduct. According to the judge, this is not acceptable. We expect the verdict shortly.
But there is more news: Andrea Christidis apparently wants to save her untrue factual assertion that I transferred committee funds to my new committee company (i.e. the trust foundation) at all costs. To do this, she shows a document from the ongoing criminal proceedings in an interview, which shows that at the end of 2021 around € 80,000 was transferred from Reiner Fuellmich's terminated lawyer's escrow account to the new donation account of the committee. A completely correct process. My new foundation has only existed since the end of 2022, i.e. one year later, so according to Andrea Christidi, this allegedly illegitimate transfer (from Reiner Fuellmich!) has absolutely nothing to do with my foundation.
In a further step, Andrea Christidis then tries to prove once again that Attorney at Law Holger Willanzheimer wrote that the first committee company was never in financial difficulties (which it has been non-stop since July 2022). She quotes Attorney Willanzheimer as saying: “There was therefore never any risk of damage in the form of a concrete threat to assets.” However, this statement does not refer to the Committee's financial situation at all, but to the fact that there was never a threat to the Committee's assets with regard to the liquidity reserve held by me because there were always sufficient liquid funds available. Does Andrea Christidi possibly not understand Legal German properly?
I have no problem with sending Andrea Christidis constantly cease and desist letter and then following through with them in court. However, I wonder what drives Andrea Christidis to waste everyone's time like this.

ROGER BITTEL RECEIVES COURT BAN
Dear friends, the people who have been constantly stirring up trouble around the Committee for years are slowly running out of ammunition. The Swiss “journalist” Roger Bittel keeps throwing sand in the eyes of Reiner Fuelmich's supporters and instigating hate with untrue factual claims and derogatory remarks: against Wolfgang Wodarg, against Martin Schwab and above all against me. Recently, he proudly presented his new beach hut on Zanzibar, where he wants to escape the tax authorities' access to his Clickbate income. So apparently it's not a bad way to make a living reporting on Reiner Fuellmich's plight and aggressively lashing out at his supposed opponents. Roger Bittel has never done anything tangibly positive for Reiner Fuellmich, such as financing a lawsuit against Marcel Templin for the return of the €700,000 that Reiner Fuellmich claims he was unable to carry out due to a lack of funds.
Instead, Roger Bittel recently went so far as to claim that “Reiner Fuellmich is in custody because of Viviane Fischer”. Roger Bittel has now been prohibited from making this claim by the courts. Roger Bittel has provided absolutely nothing to substantiate this claim. The spectacular decision by the Berlin Regional Court against Roger Bittel, who spreads his untrue factual allegations online without legal imprint, was only possible because lawyer Gordon Pankalla took the route of public service for me after all efforts to find a summonable address had failed. Great job, Gordon!!!

Defamatory (suggestive) statements once again!
Reiner Fuellmich's defense lawyer Kartja Wörmer recently gave me a cease-and-desist declaration under penalty of perjury to stop untruthfully claiming that I had said in court that I had borrowed money from a friend to repay the liquidity reserve. Rather, I had said that I had borrowed a small remaining amount from friends for the book printing at the end of 2022, i.e. months AFTER the liquidity reserve had been repaid.
In this context, Katja Wörmer suggested to my lawyer Gordon Pankalla that everyone involved in the trial against Reiner Fuellmich should finally bury the hatchet. A very good idea!
Nevertheless, she is already launching a new attack against me. She is now suggesting that I have a “close relationship” with district attorney Simon John and have fed him information to the detriment of Reiner Fuellmich. She conceals the fact that over 80% of my few emails to Mr. John related to the topic of possible securing of funds for the committee, particularly in connection with the dubious house deal with Marcel Templin. I had drawn Mr. John's attention to the house deal immediately after learning about it by forwarding my articles at the time. I later submitted my comments on the criminal complaint against Reiner Fuellmich, in which I refuted various accusations against him.
According to an account by Kerstin Heusinger, who writes for a magazine that hides behind no imprint in Paraguay, trial observers claim to have heard that Judge Schindler used the word "Du" in March 2024 while I gave him some doduments. In over documents. In German this would suggest personal connection. However, that is complete nonsense. He didn't address me as “du” and I don't know him at all in private. The fact that I wrote to Mr. John using the term “Dear Mr. John” is because I do that with everyone, including employees of the tax authorities, for example.
