Announcement CORONA INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE COMMITTEE

Instead of being heard as a witness in the trial against Reiner Fuellmich last Wednesday, I had a long conversation with various people attending the trial. I suggested that we draw up a joint timeline of events so that the facts are on the table for everyone to understand and the whole confusion about “hearsay circumstances” stops.

During the discussion, Arne Schmitt and Roman suggested that we should definitely continue this fruitful conversation. I would now like to take up this idea at short notice. Reiner's lawyers - Katja Wörmer, Dr. Christof Miseré, and Edgar Siemund - as well as the law firm "Port Lawyers" consiting of Antonia Fischer, Dr. Justus Hoffmann, and Marcel Templin - have been invited by us to one or more live-streamed “round tables” in the Berlin committee room. Topics to be discussed: Mortage problem/money recovery Marcel Templin, (in)correctness (?) of the course of the trial, possible political motives, securing the committee's work, ending the division in the movement.

Various journalists have also been invited.

In addition, I myself have accepted an invitation from Roger Bittel for Sunday, 22.09.2024 at 8 pm for a joint discussion with Reiner's lawyer Katja Wörmer. I have suggested to Roger Bittel that Reiner's other lawyers and the "Port Lawyers" should also be invited to this meeting.

As it takes time to coordinate the timeline and prepare for the talks, there will be no regular committee meeting this week.

Dear supporters of the Corona Investigative Committee, with very long and hesitant teeth, a few parliaments of the German Federal States are now tackling what is likely to be a very limited corona investigation with their committees of inquiry. The Corona Investigative Committee is the only institution in Germany that has been carrying out an accompanying evaluation of the measures crisis in a highly compact form for almost four and a half years now. Dear friends,

there is good news: once again, a groundless investigation against me has been dropped due to a lack of suspicion. A lady who, according to internet research, has already been convicted of defamation, had reported me to the police, claiming that I had pocketed committee funds for the studio renovation via 2020News and/or favored others. She herself had been taken in by misrepresentations made by Reiner Fuellmich in this regard in 2022. After examining the documents, the Berlin public prosecutor's office ruled out any criminal conduct. It is as I have always said: I did not receive any benefits from the committee and did not give anything to third parties, either directly from the committee or via detours, nor did I receive any kickbacks. All the committee money couldn't entice me, despite the high opportunity costs I had and still have because I gave up a lot of my own income due to the time I spent on the committee. Incidentally, I also didn't “slip” a friend € 5,300 for an alleged “literature research”.

This friend looked after the committee mailbox AND did literature research for a gross monthly salary of € 799. There are over 8,000 emails from her in one of my inboxes. I only have a handful of emails in my inbox from the alleged €30,000-a-month team from Göttingen, only one of which refers to the alleged 24/7 email service. It's from Reiner Fuellmich's lawyer, dated 30.08.2022, i.e. after everything had been exposed. In it, she even tries to justify a “fictitious rent” of € 3,000 per month for Reiner Fuellmich's office premises.

An appeal to all those who regularly rush forward with false suspicions about me: Stop trying to make Reiner Fuellmich's fans, in particular, mad and stealing their precious time. The political and social developments demand all our strength. Those who are constantly shooting from the sidelines may have their own agenda, which may benefit them or their backers, but no one else, certainly not Reiner Fuellmich, whose criminal liability, contrary to dubious representations, in no way depends on me or alleged misconduct on my part.

I wonder whether Reiner Fuellmich even knows what is going on here against me - in an almost Scientology-like manner - and whether he really approves of it. If so, what does he expect from such easily refutable, untrue factual claims? Is it to give the casual observer the impression of further financial machinations in the committee? Or is it hoped that all this will get on my nerves so much that I will throw in the towel, the committee will close its doors and there will no longer be a regular platform for the important statements of our experts, not least Wolfgang Wodarg? Can Reiner Fuellmich really want that, as I think he is just as interested in educational work as I am? I am currently personally investing many unpaid hours in coordinating the work on the archive of the first hundred sessions, which were created together with Reiner Fuellmich. Doesn't he want to write them down and make them searchable just as urgently as I do? Then why doesn't he intervene against the constant disturbing fires that could/should distract me? One thing is quite clear: I will not let the committee down, no matter what lies or distortions anyone comes up with. It is extremely important that the work continues regardless of all the background noise. Please help me to continue funding the committee and in particular the work on the archive.
