🇺🇸📊 #ICE #OKX Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the NYSE, and crypto exchange OKX announced a 50-50 joint venture to develop infrastructure for tokenized and digitally native financial products.

Pending regulatory approval, the venture plans to operate as a U.S.-registered broker-dealer and FCM, providing access to ICE futures and NYSE tokenized equities markets.
