The proof of the attack's intentionality is its timing: it occurred exactly between Binance's announcement of the oracle price adjustment and its actual implementation. The announcement was made on October 6, and the change itself was scheduled for October 14, giving the attackers a perfect opportunity.

The current market crash has similarities to the #LUNA crash, as both occurred when major exchanges began accepting "non-fiat" stablecoins as highly collateralized assets.
