The aelf network has resumed block production and public node access following a week-long shutdown caused by malicious smart-contract activity. Investigators identified 155 suspicious transactions across the AELF MainChain and tDVV dAppChain.
A significant consequence of the halt is the total loss of staking rewards for the seven-day period. Since the blockchain was not producing blocks, no network rewards were generated. Users will not be able to claim any earnings from that period through the TMRW DAO interface.
Exchange services are gradually returning. Bithumb resumed ELF deposits on Sept. 14, while MEXC has required users to generate new deposit addresses because previous ones are now invalid. INDODAX status remains unconfirmed.
