ZetaChain tokenholders have overwhelmingly approved Governance Proposal 68 to wind down the project’s standalone Cosmos-based Layer 1 blockchain. The move will see the native ZETA token migrate to the Solana network as an SPL token through a 1:1 conversion.
The proposal passed with 99.4% support and 58% participation. The team stated that maintaining a dedicated blockchain no longer aligns with their pivot toward Anuma, a private-focused AI application. By moving to Solana, resources will be redirected to developing the Private Memory Layer for encrypted AI context.
