نظرة على الزيادة الغير المسبوقة الملحوظة في الوفيات المفاجئة بين السودانيين بعد حرب أبريل 2023 .تحت هذا العنوان أقامت مجموعة بروف داوود البحثية بالقاهرة يوم الاثنين 22/4/2024 جلسة علمية لمقترح بحثي قدمه بروف احمد الجمل الاستاذ بجامعة الرباط وجامعة الاحفاد.
بدأ الباحث بالتحدث عن الوضع الكارثي وتاثيره على الوضع الصحي . عرَّف البروف الموت المفاجئ وتحدث عن اسبابه ومنها:
امراض القلب مثل ضيق الشرايين والجلطات ،ضعف عضلات القلب،امراض الصمامات،العيوب الخلقية.
جلطات الرئتين واسبابها.
الجلطات الدماغية ونزيف المخ.
مرض زيادة كهرباء المخ.
امراض الكلى.
امراض الدم.

الموت المفاجىء بدون اسباب.
وتحدث الباحث عن وضع برتوكول لدراسة هذه الظاهرة.كذلك تحدث عن اسباب انهيار الخدمات الصحية وقفل المؤسسات العلاجية ونزوح المرضى .كذلك تحدث عن انعدام الادوية خاصة المنقذة للحياة و تخزين الادوية الموجودة وتاثيرها على جودة الدواء . وكذلك تكدس المرضى في بعض المدن مما ارهق الكوادر الطبية مما يوثر على درجة تقديم الخدمات،وكذلك عدم توفر الخدمات للتخصصات الدقيقة.الوضع النفسي والارهاق الفكري له دور كبير فى تدهور الحاله الصحية لكثير من المرضى.

A look at the unprecedented increase in noticeable sudden deaths among Sudanese after the April 2023 war. Under this title, the Daoud Research Group in Cairo held a scientific session on Monday, April 22, 2024, for a research proposal presented by Professor Ahmed El-Gamel, a professor at Rabat University and Al-Ahfad University.
The researcher began by discussing the catastrophic situation and its impact on health. The professor defined sudden death and talked about its causes, including heart diseases such as arterial narrowing, heart attacks, weak heart muscles, valve diseases, and congenital defects. He also mentioned pulmonary embolisms and their causes, cerebral embolisms and brain hemorrhages, epilepsy, kidney diseases, blood diseases, liver diseases, and sudden death without apparent causes.
The researcher also discussed the establishment of a protocol to study this phenomenon. He also discussed the reasons for the collapse of health services, the closure of medical institutions, and the displacement of patients. He mentioned the lack of life-saving drugs, the storage of available drugs, and their impact on drug quality. Additionally, he discussed the overcrowding of patients in some cities, which burdened medical staff and affected the level of service provision, as well as the unavailability of services for specialized fields. The psychological and mental fatigue plays a significant role in the deterioration of the health condition of many patients.
The study protocol was approved by the researchers. Members of the research society from various specialties (community medicine, pharmacists, veterinarians, internal , neurologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and researchers from the Faculty of Sciences) participated in the discussion.

عام او قد يزيد، من الحرب، من الدمار، ومن التشتّتْ، عام، ولازال جرح الوطن الغائر، يقطر دماً، وشّحَ كياننا بالألم، ويذرف بحراً من دمعٍ، ابَى اِلّا اَن يلفظ غريقه تائهاً حائرا.
ولكن، لم نفتأ نحاول مدّ أيدينا، متمسكين بحبال الأمل، متشبثين بمرساة اليقين بفضل الله وكرمه، ظَلَلْنا بمجموعة داؤود، نسعى لترك بصمة وأثر.
عام، وإن كان عسيرا، استطاعت فيه مجموعة داؤود البحثية، المضي في طريق رسالتها في العلم، استمرّت فيه في تقديم جلساتها العلمية، ومحاضراتها من جهة، و ارتيادها لفضاء الأبحاث بالمجلات العلمية، والمؤتمرات العالمية، من أُخرى.

تمتد فترة التقديم للعضوية المكتب الأكاديمي ما بين الثلاثين من شهر ابريل من العام الحالي(٣٠/٤/٢٠٢٤)، وحتى الخامس من مايو (٥/٥/٢٠٢٤).
نرجو من مقدمي طلبات العضوية، قراءة الإرشادات المضمنة في استمارة التسجيل بحرص وعناية.

After more than a year of the grevious war in our beloved country, and its disastrous consequences, one tends to think that yielding in inevitable, and that persisting is futile.
We, at Daoud Research Group, have long since we set our intentions on one singular goal: to improve the knowledge, and state of healthcare in Sudan, which we continued to strive for despite the ongoing adversity, from lectures, to research proposal meetings, to setting new benchmarks in publications and conference attendance, Daoud Research Group, under the command of its founder and president, Professor Abbasher Hussein, and the endeavour of the members of its offices, has managed to maintain the majority of its activites through the forementioned unfortunate events.
We, hereby, thank our members for their integrity and discipline at work, and thus announce the end of the 2023-2024 term.

عام او قد يزيد، من الحرب، من الدمار، ومن التشتّتْ، عام، ولازال جرح الوطن الغائر، يقطر دماً، وشّحَ كياننا بالألم، ويذرف بحراً من دمعٍ، ابَى اِلّا اَن يلفظ غريقه تائهاً حائرا.
ولكن، لم نفتأ نحاول مدّ أيدينا، متمسكين بحبال الأمل، متشبثين بمرساة اليقين بفضل الله وكرمه، ظَلَلْنا بمجموعة داؤود، نسعى لترك بصمة وأثر.
عام، وإن كان عسيرا، استطاعت فيه مجموعة داؤود البحثية، المضي في طريق رسالتها في العلم، استمرّت فيه في تقديم جلساتها العلمية، ومحاضراتها من جهة، و ارتيادها لفضاء الأبحاث بالمجلات العلمية، والمؤتمرات العالمية، من أُخرى.
عام، كان الفضل فيه من بعد الله وكرمه، لقيادة استاذنا ومعلمنا، بروفيسور ابشر حسين، و مجهود اعضاء المجموعة، الذين قارعوا المستحيل،في سبيل هذا الصرح الشامخ.
بهذا، تتقدم مجموعة داؤود بجزيل الشكر، لكافة اعضائها، لتفانيهم واخلاصهم في العمل، وتعلن تَباعاً، نهاية دورة المكاتب (٢٠٢٣-٢٠٢٤)، ومنها، واتساقاً مع مؤَسّسِيّة المجموعة، بداية مراحل استيعاب الاعضاء الجدد بفرعية مجموعة داؤود البحثية، بالقاهرة، جمهورية مصر العربية.
تبدأ اولى هذه المراحل، بالمكتب الأكاديمي، تستقبل فيها مجموعة داؤود طلبات الالتحاق بالمكتب (٢٠٢٤-٢٠٢٥) من خلال الرابط ادناه:
