I had the opportunity to interview Robert from the Adams County Jail.
Robert explains his condition in the jail as he waits to be transferred to prison. The jail is not set up for long term stay so the conditions are pretty difficult both mentally & physically.
The unknown of what happens next is especially trying. He seemingly has no way to know when he will be moved, has no date to go before the parole board, and no idea if classes will be required for his release.
Robert & I discuss ways to help him and his family. They especially ask for prayer and help on the Jones Family Farm. Robert was the main caretaker of the farm and now Melanie is left to manage everything while working full time, raising the kids on her own, homeschooling, and organizing help for her husband. After this video Robert called me and asked specifically for help with the bees. They were new to beekeeping before Robert's incarcerated.
