🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Creating memes and content (video, written) that feel native, funny, and aligned with what we’re building.
2️⃣ Own our Discord and maintain a thriving community that serves as a hub for developers and users.
3️⃣ Identify relevant external communities for cross-collabs, contests, activations.
4️⃣ Turn community insights into real feedback that gets shared internally with the rest of the team.
5️⃣ Being a face of Sunrise, someone our community knows, trusts, and wants to hear from.
6️⃣ Tracking community metrics and providing regular reports on community health and engagement.
7️⃣ Identifying and nurturing community champions and advocates.
8️⃣ Organizing virtual and in-person community events to drive deeper connections with the community.
🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ You’ve built or grown large crypto communities before and know what it actually takes.
2️⃣ Experienced in managing online communities through Discord, X or similar platforms.
3️⃣ Ability to translate technical concepts into simple engaging content.
4️⃣ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
5️⃣ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and using community management tools.
6️⃣ Self-starter who can prioritize and execute without constant oversight
7️⃣ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address community concerns.
8️⃣ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
💡 Nice to have
1️⃣ Solid understanding of blockchain technology, distributed systems, Web3, and Sunrise concepts
2️⃣ Familiarity with Proof of Liquidity and DA Layers
3️⃣ Experience with community governance models
4️⃣ Event planning and management experience

1️⃣ Identify and collaborate with reputable projects and support their goals of building on Sunrise
2️⃣ Structure collaborations between Sunrise and prospective projects
3️⃣ Be a liaison for projects to feel supported with any obstacles they face.
4️⃣ Define strategic priorities for yourself and the rest of the Business development team to bring more value to the Sunrise ecosystem
5️⃣ Be the voice of the customer and work with product, marketing, engineering teams to help drive use cases for the Sunrise blockchain.
🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Brings existing web3 relationships
2️⃣ Solid understanding of blockchain technology.
3️⃣ Technical understanding of how blockchain applications work behind the scenes and analytic abilities to understand their differentiators.
4️⃣ You have technical writing skills.
5️⃣ Understanding of Web3, DeFi and Modular
6️⃣ Management skill
