🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Develop and execute daily content plans and engagement strategies for Twitter and Discord
2️⃣ Manage and grow our online community by actively engaging with users, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations
3️⃣ Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including text, visuals, memes, polls, and announcements
4️⃣ Monitor key metrics and community sentiment; analyze performance and adapt strategy accordingly
5️⃣ Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches
6️⃣ Organize and moderate AMA sessions, community calls, and other online events
7️⃣ Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure best practices

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Minimum of 3 years experience of marketing in Web2 or Web3 industry
2️⃣ Proven expertise in managing and growing communities on Twitter and Discord
3️⃣ Strong content creation skills with an understanding of different tones for various audience segments
4️⃣ Familiar with tools like TweetDeck, Discord bots/moderation tools, Notion, or similar
5️⃣ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
6️⃣ Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
