Exactly!! It's the mindset. 養成思考嘅習慣, always ask Why, try to understand the intent behind a decision. E.g. 背後嘅商業決定係乜, 或者可能係Operation上面嘅掣肘. 其實淨係呢兩點已經可以從UX嘅角度去value-add.

個人認為, 雖然職位權限或者公司文化系會有一定影響, but don't let that be the excuses to ask Why.
