ACCS integrates VLF, MF, HF, V/UHF & SATCOM into a unified digital architecture, bringing higher bandwidth, low-latency networking and improved anti-jamming capability.

The system is already operational on frontline platforms including Kolkata-class destroyers and Kamorta-class corvettes. #Defence

• The Goal: Fund India's massive urban infrastructure gap, estimated at $900 billion (Rs 82–86 trillion) through 2031.
• The Strategy: Allow smaller Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to form collaborative special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to issue joint bonds, lowering borrowing barriers and spreading risk.
• Current Market Status: Highly underutilized. Municipal debt accounts for less than 1% of India's total bond market, with only 22 urban bodies having raised Rs 45 billion via 31 bonds so far.

🔹 Security and Trust:

• Joint bond issuances will utilize dedicated escrow accounts to guarantee investor repayments.
• Cities will face strict financial disclosure rules to attract institutional investors.

🔹 Timeline of the Reform (2026):

• SEBI floated the consultation paper in May, approved the framework on June 19, and announced the pooled financing rollout in September.
