Have you heard about RFK Jr.'s new farm-to-hospital partnership? The pilot will take place in Florida and it aims to connect Florida farms directly to food programs, which would expand access for patients to fresh, nutrient-dense and medically tailored meals.

This will drastically revamp hospital menus, and anyone who has eaten hospital food will vouch for that. RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz said this new program is a logical part of treating chronic diseases.

They're asking for hospitals to eliminate sugary drinks, ultra-processed foods, and similar items, and replace them with more fruits and vegetables. A memo sent Monday directs hospitals to follow the updated dietary guidelines or risk losing Medicare and Medicaid eligibility.

The decision on
Tina Peters' bid for clemency will be announced this morning at 9am MT by the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Peters served as the Mesa County Clerk from 2019 to 2023. In 2024, she was given a 9-year sentence for charges related to tampering with the 2020 elections.

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis suggested last month that Peters should be given the opportunity for clemency. He even extended the deadline for her application.

If granted clemency, Tina Peters could have a significantly reduced sentence or even receive a full pardon.
