Colorado’s ban on talk therapy for minors with gender dysphoria is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
The Court held that the state cannot prohibit licensed therapists from engaging in exploratory counseling while allowing only gender-affirming talk therapy. Viewpoint discrimination violates the First Amendment.
Justice Jackson was the lone dissenter.
